Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis
Pros:

Das Hotel war schön. Preis Leistung war sehr gut. Einziges kleines Manko war, dass das Frühstücksbuffet nicht umgänglich nachgefüllt wurde.

Check in war ungenügend : keine Info über die Wahl des Abendmenü.
Am ersten Abend keine Menüwahl möglich erst ab dem zweiten Tag.
Im Internet ist angegeben, dass die Übernachtung mit Frühstück ist.
Bei der Abreise habe ich erfahren, dass die Nacht mit Halbpension bezahlt wurde.
Zimmer und Aussicht waren schön. Personal freundlich.

Schönes einfaches und sauberes Hotel nahe des Zentrums. Großes Zimmer mit Badezimmer und Balkon. Am Anreisetag kann das Abendessen nicht ausgewählt werden. Kellner stellt einfach was auf den Tisch. Wer nicht pünklich zum Essen kommt hat nur noch eine kleine Auswahl beim Salatbuffet. Frühstück ist ok. Preis Leistung ok

Tolle Lage, soweit alles ok

Das Hotel liegt super am Skigebiet von Kappl, das Frühstücvk gut und ausreichend, das Abendessen hingegen ist ausreichend, aber jetzt kein kulinarischer Hochgenuss.

Es war den Erwartungen entsprechend, sehr solides Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sehr sauber überall, ideal die Nähe zur Schipiste. Frühstück und Abendessen in Ordnung.

Eenvoudig hotel, maar wel schoon.
Pros:

Eenvoudig maar goed hotel. Het eten was eenvoudig, maar wel goed. Het was ook ruim voldoende.
Bij voldoende sneeuw is afdaling via de piste mogelijk tot 2 hotels verderop. Dus van en naar de piste is nagenoeg mogelijk vanaf het hotel.
Mooie omgeving, mooie pistes en ook goede winterwandingen zijn mogelijk.

Bij aankomst leek het erop dat we niet op de lijst van geboekte gasten stonden, maar na overlegging van de e-mail van Expedia, werd er direct een kamer toegewezen.
Bij het verlaten van het hotel, dacht men dat we nog moesten betalen, maar na overlegging van de e-mail van Expedia werd dat direct geaccepteerd. Men gaf tevens aan dat de lokale toeristenbelasting betaald zou moeten worden, maar ook dit stond op de bevestiging van Expedia als "belastingen inbegrepen" vermeld. Ook dit werd direct geaccepteerd en heeft men een kopie gemaakt van de e-mail.
