Good place to stay
Pros:

This is our second stay at the Inn,
It's always friendly and clean,and the lakes are great.
We use the Inn when attending Brands Hatch.
The location is just right.

Pleasant and very convenient
Pros:

I chose this hotel because it is located perfecrly for visiting Greenwich and the Channel Tunnel. The initial shock was the proximity to the A2, there is just a footpath between the hotel carpark and theis very busy, noisy road. However, witjin the hotel the noise was almost imperceptible. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. As we could not take advantage of the last mornings breakfast due to an early start, sandwiches were provided for hungry travellers. The restauranr food was freshly cooked on the premises and available throughout the day. Our dog was warmy received. We will use this accommodation again in the future.

Cons:

The decor is dated and the carpets need replacing. There is definitely a need for better pillows to go with the comfortable beds. There is nowhere pleasant to walk with the dog despite a lot of greenery around. The lakes are roped off in large part for a fishing club, although it is possible to sit by the side of the water, We did find a pleasant countryside walk quite close, but it vrequired a short drive in the car.

Was a lovely and good value for money overnight stay for us before an early morning event at the cycle park nearby
Pros:

Clean and spacious family bedroom, lovely lake and garden at the back, breakfast was good too, though a slightly long queue to use the toaster (perhaps have one more or replace with one that can load more in one go)

We were very rested, well fed and would book again.
Pros:

The service at breakfast was very professional. I asked for poached egg on toast which was provided for me. My husband had a full English breakfast which he thoroughly enjoyed. There was plenty of choice regarding cereals and I had fresh fruit with yogurt which was delicious. There was plenty of tea and coffee and also fruit juice.

Cons:

The room looked a bit tired in its decor, but was still very comfortable. The bathroom fan stayed on for a very long time.
