Le calme des lieux, la nature, le personnel est très prévenant. Ils m'ont guidé pour des visites et l'utilisation des transports en commun. La nourriture est très bonne.

Une belle surprise !
Pros:

Accueil très sympathique et personnalisé.
Chambre double avec sofa et balcon. Salle de bains moderne et impeccable.
Notre balcon offrait une superbe vue sur les montagnes.
L'hôtel est à 3mn à pied du tramway (20mn du centre d'Innsbruck pour 6€60 A/R par adulte).
La piscine est superbe et très appréciable.
Hôtel en pleine verdure, au calme.
Parking gratuit.

Cons:

L'offre de restauration est plutôt pauvre en cuisine locale, dommage. Cet établissement gagnerait certainement à proposer une cuisine un peu plus raffinée.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und der Ausblick einfach traumhaft. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Road trip
Pros:

It all started with the wonderful staff. Before we even checked in we were greeted at the patio and welcomed inside. From the wait staff to the reception staff to the cleanliness of the rooms, we were impressed. We felt as though we came home after a long trip. The views were amazing, the drinks and food were top notch but the people were what makes it a place we will highly recommend and return to ourselves. The pool and sauna were nice extras and the breakfast was always fresh and tasty. The location close to the tram to take you into the city center was a real bonus. Thank you to all your staff for making our stay so comfortable.

Alle sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, alles sehr sauber, gutes Frühstück, ruhige Lage, Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür, Gondel auf den Berg direkt im Ort, nach Innsbruck keine 10 Minuten mit dem Auto
