Schön aber eher für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt geeignet
Pros:

Wir haben eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Zum Schlafen war sie völlig ausreichend und die Aussicht ist wirklich wunderschön. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar, was sehr praktisch war. Allerdings würde ich empfehlen, einen Mietwagen zu nehmen, da die Unterkunft am Berg liegt und man so flexibler ist.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer nicht ganz so sauber, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten, und wir hatten auch mit vielen Ameisen zu kämpfen.

Pros:

The view from the rooms and the pool/garden is just fantastic!!!
Although the facilities are a bit old, the view (and the price) make up for everything.
The position is also ideal: not too far from Faliraki still in a very tranquil area and walking distance from a small village with some options to eat.

Cons:

The kitchen is very small and only has the very basics. We ended up using it only once in an entire week.

I also want to note that as the windows do not have mosquito nets we were effectively obliged to close the window at night and sleep with the AC on while we would have preferred to sleep just with the window open.

But overall, very much recommended !!

La vue est exceptionnelle.

Cons:

Faire très attention au prix et bien recompter derrière, car ils ont tendance à rajouter des euros par-ci par-là. Ne vous fiez pas aux photos, ça ne vaut vraiment pas le prix. Vu le prix de la nourriture, ils ne vous laissent même pas la petite bouteille d'huile d'olive sur la table, c'est eux qui décident l'assaisonnement pour vous.

Вигляд з вікна, чиста територія

Cons:

Перше враження- шок, це місце підходить тільки тим, в кого їсть автівка, чи хто згодний постійно їздити на таксі. Помешкання знаходиться на горі, спуск місцями достатньо крутий, якщо зранку ви спустилися, то в обід перепочити навряд чи вийде. Спека та 2.5 км вгору - не для слабких духом,. По друге - економія на всьому - на чистій білизні ( постіль була стара та з жовтими плямами, відсутність мила, губки для миття посуду), тарілки старі та тріснуті). І ще те, що вразило - відмова роздрукувати білети на літак, це дійсно, дуже дороге прохання.

Atvykome neplanuotai vėlai vakare, nes viešasis transportas veikė savo ritmu, o taksi nebuvo.. Nežiūrint to šemininkas paruošė nuostabias salotas , nors virtuvė jau nedirbo. Tvarkingas, pietietiškas savo esybe viešbutis, su puikiu vaizdu į jūrą!

Qualcosa da migliorare.
Pros:

Piscina grande vista mare. Possibilità di acquistare cibi e bevande in loco. Parcheggio interno.

Cons:

In una settimana zero cambio lenzuola e asciugamani. La doccia oltre a non avere una tenda, non c’è possibilità di mantenere il doccino ed appoggiarlo.

A quiet and great place to stay
Pros:

We loved our stay in this property: Excellent views from the balcony, clean, air-conditioned rooms and friendly staff. The pool looked lovely, but we didn’t use it, as we spent our time mostly outside, visiting nearby beaches(plenty around), tours, and attractions(i.e. water park) in the surrounding area.

Cons:

Location is a walkable distance from the busy town centre but you have to climb the hill on the way back.

Got charged 10EUR for a‘ripped’ towel which was awkward, as we didn’t ask for towels change during our stay. I want to think they got the room number wrong, as the reception was really helpful during our stay.
