Schöne Details, individuell eingerichtet.

Beautiful and very spacious room. Really comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

The ventilation just outside our windows was quite loud with the windows open. With the windows closed it was audible but not annoying

Pros:

L'emplacement plein centre vieille ville. Mais chambre avec fenêtres sur patio, porte sur couloir menant au lieu de restauration, et située à côté de la laverie, ce qui a généré bien du bruit le soir, la nuit , et toi le matin. C'est ainsi. Sinon, personnes accueillantes. Une véritable équipe ! Bien à vous ! En ajoutant que
le coin piscine est peu utilisé.. sur cet axe de passage, mais il accroche indéniablement.
Au restaurant, un vrai café vu le standing de cet hôtel ferait plaisir, pas une machine. Et enfin, pas de machine expresso en chambre, c'eût été bienvenu et meilleur. Mais un frigo de chambre, une forme de luxe d'un autre temps, de mon humble avis, sans un renseignement sur les prix des boissons à disposition.
Ceci est transmis de façon constructive, vraiment. Et merci de l'accueil encore !

Fabulous. Hosts are very friendly, kind and helpful.
Pros:

The breakfasts were fabulous, a great variety, including healthy Mediterranean food. The hosts and staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel is in the middle of the old town which is very lovely. Lots of restaurants around. Walking distance to the beach, the main bus station, and the hilltop fort as well. I felt totally comfortable staying there as a solo female traveller.

Cons:

My room had no view at all. There was a small balcony but it had a high wall directly in front of it. Apart from that the room was extremely comfortable and clean and I really liked the rustic furniture and old world decor throughout the hotel.

Sehr empfehlenswertes schönes Hotel mit Athmospähre in sehr guter Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in toller Altstadtlage mit äußerst freundlichem Personal und einem guten Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider war die Parkplatzsituation schwierig.

Perfect location in a beautiful town
Pros:

Exceptional location in the centre of the old town. Full of character. Nicely decorated room. Easily walkable to all local areas. Warm welcome and explanation of some key local sights. Decent enough breakfast. Would highly recommend the hotel restaurant in the evening.

Cons:

Parking is a bit of a nightmare to be honest and local traffic can be very heavy at times. We got lucky with free parking along the bottom of the Fortezza a couple of times but there are some other free on-street parking options if you are prepared to be patient, or some private parking lots for cEUR25-30 per day.

Hôtel charmant, mais nécessitant un rafraîchissement au niveau de la salle de bain
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel était idéal, à deux pas de tout.
L’atmosphère générale de l’hôtel (déco, cour intérieur, chambre avec mezzanine) était très agréable.
Le personnel était très accueillant et souriant.
La salle de bain était spécieuse.

Cons:

La vétusté des équipements de salle de bain (buses de baignoire, chasse d’eau et robinetterie très oxydés), joints de baignoire marrons, sèche cheveux peu puissant. Odeur ++ de remontée d’égout dans la salle de bain pouvant embaumer toute la chambre.

The perfect place to stay to experience Rethymno Old Town.

The location was excellent, staff were lovely and because the hotel was quite small it felt homely.
