A pleasant stay but quite expensive for a 3 star hotel and what was offered.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location close to the beach. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is a decent size for a hotel of this size.

Cons:

Bottled water or jug with option to refill water from a dispenser should be offered. Whilst breakfast was fine, be nice to have a wider selection of food for breakfast. Coffee/tea making facilities in the room would be good too.

Nada. No estaban preparados para un apagón. Sobrevalorado. Las puertas de la habitación tienen polilla y son viejas.

Terminos generales bien, sino hubiera sido por el vaso excelente

La atencion de los empleados en general y el hotel tiene un ambiente para descansar o estar en familia, hay respeto

Un pequeño detalle, si el hotel boga o patrocina lo ecologico como debe ser en todo el mundo , no encuentro explicacion para que el dia 8 que llegue en la recepcion cuando solicito un vaso de cristal para tomar un medicamento, me conteste el señor con la niña que estaban ahi que fuera y comprara DESECHABLES ( son los mas contaminadores ) al frente, porque los vasos estaban encerrados y era imposible prestarme o facilitarme alguno, despues reflexiono y lo otorgo, la niña practicante dijo que ella era la primera vez que escuchaba eso de un cliente, yo le manifeste que debia sacar 0.0 en la materia atencion al cliente

Aunque tres estrellas parece de Cuatro.
Pros:

La atención de los empleados. El desayuno variado y bien preparado. Gente amable, pendientes del aseo y de tener al día el baño y la habitación con todos los implementos de aseo. Shampoo,jabón,gorro de baño, toallas, secador de cabello, toallero, papel higiénico, soporte de maleta, armario amplio. Muy cerca a la troncal del CARIBE para visitar el Parque Natural Tayrona. También cerca al Centro comercial Arrecife , muchos restaurantes, farmacias y supermercados.

Cons:

Revisar el datáfono. No aceptó tarjeta de crédito Visa. Tiene tambien código QR de Bancolombia.

The hotel did not have hot water. We wanted to check out and move to sister hotel Tayrona Del Mar. They refused. I walked next door and checked in to Tayrona Del Mar but had to pay for two nights. They refused to move money over. Besides that the rooms were extremely tiny. You can barely walk in the room. The hotel chain is totally uncooperative. We moved to sister hotel. The fair thing would have been to credit our room with money from other hotel. We didn’t move to another hotel chain. It was there hotel. Believe me we travel often and we will never stay at the hotel chain again.

The staff in specific the manager was terrible and rude
She was also discrimating us because we were colombian citizens but living in the usa,the treatment overall was horrible except for sergio and another male staff that were helpfull and nice, we will never go back to that place
