Akti Panela Beach Hotel

Nous n avons pas dormi dans la résidence réservée sans explication mais dans une chambre excentree du centre-ville ce qui était pas plus mal compte tenu de l’ambiance au centre ville (bruit, personnes saoules). L’équipement était sommaire, la climatisation payante mais nous avons eu accès à la piscine

The hotel does not exist anymore. Do not book here unless you want a problem holiday ! I booked in February but when I arrived in July I was sent to another place. Here, I was given the choice of inferior quality lodgings where the bathroom sink leaked very badly and there was no hot water in the shower. In addition, we were in an isolated spot with a beach that was dirty and not very nice at all. The hotel owner was sympathetic to our needs and got offered a reduced price for this inferior accommodation but it did not put our holiday on to a very good start. The new place we were offered is called Alexandra (the name of the apartments and the Resort) - but we we offered the not very nice appartments but not the resort of the same name which was fully booked.
Corfu is wonderful, Kavos is awful but enjoyable if you are between 18 and 30 but is definitely not for families. My advice go elsewhere and get better accommodation and avoid this place.

Place was terrible for family, many bars, loudly music, young drunk people. The owner of hotel was very route , just wanted to take money from customers. The beach in front of hotel was very dirty. Finally we didn't liked almost nothing and we left very disappointed.

Nice little hotel right on the beach. Although it had no pool, there were plenty of other pools around to use. The two girls that worked behind the bar were fab and Georgia went that extra mile to help us. We had a lovely stay.

A quiet spot in the heart of all the action. Just about 50 to 100 metres from all the lively restaurants, bars and clubs. However you will still here faint music while in your room at night as Kavos is a very lively place and music booms from bars and clubs. This hotel is set in a great place right by the quayside and has a lovely beach with free sun loungers and umbrellas. I enjoyed my stay here and the staff are so friendly, Georgia, Konstantina and Elena. Also the cleaner is lovely and the chef lady too and they are all now my friends. The boss Dassos is so nice too and comes in most nights to say hello and have a chat at the bar. They really look after you. The food is good and the local beer on draught is nice too. I would definitely recommend this little gem of a hotel. Thanks to all at Akti Panela Beach Hotel.
