Decepción Total

El aire en la habitación 10/10

Cons:

Al momento de mi check in se acercó una pareja a poner unas quejas de la habitación ya que se encontraba en mal estado... El recepcionista fue muy chocante con frente a mi mientras me registraba en el sistema, eso me daba un indicio de como iba a ser mi estancia.
1. El closet estaba comido por comejen
2. La pared de la habitación al parecer también fue dañada por comejen
3. El teléfono de la habitación no servía y cuando baje ala recepción a pedir un WhatsApp para comunicarme en caso de necesitar algo,me salió el mismo recepcionista con el cuento que el WhatsApp era el del administrador y que solo habia un número fijo pero en la mañana la otra recepcionista muy amable me brindo un número de WhatsApp
4. La cama estaba partida en la cabecera y pegada con cinta transparente
5. Las cortinas se encontraban sucias... Llenas de polvo y moho
6. La puerta del balcón estaba pegada del sucio que había en sus rieles
7. El minibar estaba oxidado en su esterior
8. El jabón del baño estaba viejo empaque abierto causó desconfianza, ni los usé
9. Pared del baño con hueco en la fachada.
10. Ducha con el tubo pelado, no tenía regadera 🚿
11 tubo de la ducha en su interior con moho
12. Techo del baño con moho
13 . Tapa del sanitario con manchas asquerosas
14. El primer día del aseo la camarera tocó para hacer el aseo, se le informó que no era necesario y a vuelta de unos minutos tocó nuevamente y como no esposa y yo estábamos ya dormidos no escuchamos la atrevida abrió la puerta aún cuando esta tenia seguro
15. El bombillo de la habitación en la cabecera de la cama tenía los cables a la vista, un riesgo

The staff tried to make their best to fulfill my requirements but they didn't have the resources. The housekeepers were nice and the lady of the restaurant were really nice people.

Cons:

The phone of the room never worked, the light of the bathroom either. The AC of some of the rooms doesn't work good. There is not AC in the comun areas like the restaurant and lobby. The breakfast is the same everyday. Eggs, one little empanadas and one little arepa. The staff try to do their best but sometimes it's out of their reach.
