Bad service - choose a different hotel
Pros:

Nice rooms and good breakfast.

Cons:

After a 13-hour flight, I arrived at the hotel early in the morning. The staff informed me that if I wanted to access a room before the official check-in time, I would have to book and pay for an additional night.

In many good hotels, if a room is already available, guests are allowed to check in early as a courtesy. I have rarely experienced such inflexible service.

This experience was disappointing and is the main reason why I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

진짜 6성급 호텔이었다. 직원들은 항상 친절했고, 특히나 프런트도어 직원들이 친절해서 이것저것 도움을 정말 많이 받았다. 객실도 정말 깨끗하고 넓어서 짐정리하기도 정말 편안했고, 하우스키핑의 만족도도 정말 높았다. 다른 관광지나 시내나가기는 택시타면 300~350NT정도 해서 별로 부담없었고, 시간별로 가까운 MRT station에 무료셔틀이 있으니 이용하면 편리할 듯 하다. 오히려 번잡스럽고 복잡한 관광지와 떨어져있어서 조용하고 한적해서 머무르기 편안했다. 호텔이 위치한 동네 주변이 고급스럽고 부촌이라 깨끗하고 좋은 카페나 레스토랑 등이 위치해있어서 오히려 만족스러웠다. 다시 대만에 간다면 꼭 재방문할거다. 매우 만족!!!!
