This was in the bustling part of the old with the best food around! May be loud at night but as long as you love the energy youll enjoy. Was no bother to us! We will stay again

Nice hotel at a convenient area in Chania. We stayed there and it was a really good room. Our room had an issue but they dealt with it quickly. They dont have a reception but they answer the phone. A very important note. Parking is difficult in the area and the road the hotel is on is not accessible by car. Minoos a street further down was easier to park.

We were not notified that there was no one available at check in and had no info on door codes. Luckily the front door was open and some ladies in room 1 gave us the number to call. This meant Ihad to incur roaming and long distance charges since I had not yet purchased an eSIM card for Europe. Also the room, although very nice, was at the top of two very steep flights of stairs. It took us another 20 minutes to figure out the power in the room was only active when the room entry card was inserted into a particular card slot. On the positive side, the room was spacious and the bathroom was very clean with a spectacular shower.

Room was great - old Venetian bourse, 20 foot callings (at least on top floor), new remodeled bathroom. So old chart with modern amenities. Very centrally located - 2 minute walk to my favorite restaurant, 5 walk to the pier. Only downside is that there is no elevator so had to carry suitcase upstairs - not a problem for me, but may be for someone else.

We loved everything. The room was beautiful; very big and airy and always very clean. Location also perfect. The girls at the reception were lovely and always helpful. We would highly recommend this place!!

The room and shower are good and comfortable but do not stay here if value your sleep at night . A lot of noisy bars close. The first night they stopped at 4am the second night it was 6.30am

Een paar kleine minpuntjes de eerste dag, maar dadelijk verholpen, met dank aan Heleni die alles regelde. Een hele fijne tijd doorgebracht, alles vlot bereikbaar, het is niet Venetië maar Chania dat je moet zien voor je sterft!

Fine rom, sentralt plassert i Chania, med kort vei til butikker og restauranter. Havna er fem minutter unna til fots. Vil du ligge på stranda er det ca 15 minutter å gå. Rommet vårt var i andre etasje, med en liten balkong. Romme var rent og fremstår relativt nyoppusset. God aircondition. Det er ingen heis i bygget, så vi måtte komme oss opp og ned trappene med koffertene. Frokosten ble servert på en cafe to minutter unna, men den var vel verdt en liten gåtur. Resepsjonen er plassert tvers over gata, men her kan det være vanskelig å få tak i folk. Vi måtte vente en time på at noen kom for å sjekke oss inn når vi ankom "hotellet". I tillegg ble det ikke fylt på dopapir på rommet, slik at vi på nytt måtte prøve å få tak i folk i resepsjonen, men det henger stadig en lapp om at de snart er tilbake. Vi var to voksne på tur og for oss var dette et greit sted å bo, da det var kort vei til butikker og restauranter, men ville nok ikke tatt med små barn hit.

A great place more like an apartment with hotel service breakfast at a lovely cafe around the corner great base to explore from . Just lacking more outside space to relax in there are small balconys just a bit cramped to sit out on . The staff could not of been more helpful and friendly as well as the staff at the cafe which was very quaint in a small court yard just down a small path a short walk from your door the food was excellent
