Pros:

The hotel is excellent, comfortable, and peaceful.

Cons:

However, the furniture would benefit from some renovation and updating. The receptionist, Ms. Bayan, would benefit from additional training in customer service and professional communication to ensure a more courteous and welcoming experience for guests. Additionally, the smell of cooking from the adjacent restaurant is clearly noticeable in the guest room corridors, which negatively affects the overall atmosphere of the hotel.
Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant stay, but addressing these issues would significantly improve the guest experience.
