תבדקו היטב מה אתם מזמינים. הגענו זוג עם 3 ילדים. הם מיקמו 4 (!!!) בחדר קומה 3 בלי מעלית ובלי מזגן והחמישי לבד!!! בחדר מחוץ(!!!) למלון עם הליכה של מס,דקות ועוד הזהירו שלא נבוא לבקר אותו כי החדר שלו חלק מבית ואסור להרגיש. החצר שהובילה לחדר שאסור להשתנש בה היתה חשוכה!!!בקיצור חויה מוזרה ולא נעימה . ביקשתי לבטל והפקידה המקסימה יש לומר אמרו שהחוקים של המלון לא מאפשרים זאת. חבל שהחוקים של המלון כן מאפשרים כזו חלוקה הזויה!!!

לא אגיע לפה שוב. וממש חשוב לי להזהיר אחרים לא להגיע. חוץ מהניקיון והפקידה החמדה היה לי קשה העליה 3 קומות עם המזוודות. ששמו את בעלי בחדר מחוץ למלון !!!! וביקשי שלא נגיע אליו כי החדר שלו חלק מבית של מישהי ואסור להרעיש.!!! מעולם חא ניתקלתי בכזה דבר. .

Jsem hodně náročná a hodně dlouho jsem hledala přesně tenhle typ hotelu, který je od začátku promyšlený - myslím, že za ním stojí žena! Perfektní od a do z... a ta snídaně! WAU!

Cons:

absolutně vše bylo perfektní, není co vytknout! Jediné co mě mrzelo, že jsem s holčičkami (5 a 3 roky nemohla navštívit wellness) - ale chápu to, asi jsem špatně četla informace před objednáním..

Vrátím se.
Pros:

Ubytování mne velmi překvapilo. Nechtěla jsem hotel v centru, a toto místo, pod Ještědem, je docela mimo město. Někomu by se nemusela poloha líbit, vzhledem k blízkosti průmyslové zóny, ale o průmyslové zóně tam nebylo téměř vůbec vědět. Navím jsem tam byla služebně. Apartmán se zahradou, skvělá postel a celkově příjemné místo. Velmi čisté. Vlastní kuchyň. Sice tam není restaurace, ale jídlo se dá objednat a na občerstvení tam funguje samoobsluha (typu - obsloužím se sám a pak zaplatím).

Cons:

Nemohu nic uvést.

Pokoj se saunou a velkou výřivkou-TOP CLASS

Že má den jen 24 hodin!!!
Pokud nejste opravdu milionář nebo podnikatel,tak další moznost pobytu --( i jednodenního)-- je pro normálního dělňase něco jako "v říši divů" !!! 🥳

Pros:

Neat, clean, large assortment for breakfast. Close to tram and other restaurants. BUT the best was Adriana at reception, what a lovely person and so help with a smile ear to ear all the time. I will definitely be going back.

Cons:

Only one downfall. No airconditioning. Which is such a pity because I want to come in summer a lot.

Pros:

Prijemny personal, skvele vybaveno, vsude cisto. Luxusni snidane, skvela poloha v blizkosti Jestedu. Bezproblemove parkovani. Hotel je skvele vybaveny pro male deti.

Cons:

Na pokojich bylo v tomto obdobi az moc teplo, avsak neresill jsme s personalem ani se po tom nepidili, takze to neberu jako negativum, personal by jiste byl velmi napomocny

Perfekte Lage und bester Service
Pros:

Wir waren für einen kurzen Stop mit unserer Enkeltochter im Fénix (Ein Abstecher zum Jested und ein Tagesbesuch im IQlandia). Wenn wir vorher gewußt hätten, wie perfekt die Unterkunft zu unseren Bedürfnissen gepasst hat, wären wir schon einen Tag eher gekommen. Tolle Zimmer, beste Lage und Ausstattung, gut öffentlich angebunden, super Frühstück und sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. Sollten wir erneut in die Region kommen, werden wir genau hier wieder unser Quartier beziehen.

Cons:

Wir haben gar nicht erst gesucht. Es wäre ohnehin nichts zu finden gewesen.
