Absolutely wonderful staff that elevated the stay at this hotel. Mumu and Wang are just phenomenal. They are always offering a friendly greeting and as many recommendations as you ask for. This is the type of service one would expect at a premium property but is completely unheard of at this reasonable price point.
Lovely staff and very good location. Slept well in clean and quiet rooms with comfortable beds.
Great location, walkable to Tiananmem Square/Forbidden City Palace, street market and shopping mall just outside. Hotel provides a map which makes getting around easy as Google Maps doesn't work. Wifi has a VPN allowing Whatsapp which isn't available via most restaurant Wifi. Staff were so helpful as I struggled with using Didi/Alipay apps at first. Rooms compact but has heating/dark curtains/lamps so everything you need for a comfortable trip

L'acceuil de Wang et Mumu était parfait souriante amicale et donnant des informations complètes sur la situation geographique de l'hôtel , avec ses restaurants , les endroits pour le petit déjeuner et évidemment les lieux à visiter . Chambre propre et calme dans son ensemble. Je ne suis rester qu'une nuit mais aurait aimer rester plus longtemps . Merci pour le au revoir j'ai beaucoup apprécier la pensé et manière de faire !

La forma del baño, pero en las fotos se indicaba. Al igual que la falta de aseo, solo estiran la cama y cambian las toallas.
La atención y la ayuda de las empleadas, lo cual se agradece mucho dado lo complicado que me resultó moverme en China. La habitación pequeña era confortable y silenciosa. Tienen café te, infusiones leche, agua.
Por la mañana cuando limpian se escuchan los ruidos pero ya era una hora razonable.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, location is walking distance from train stations, fastfood and coffee shops. Free coffee and candies 24/7. Snacks are available to buy in the lobby if you don’t wanna go out. Very nice service overall.
We booked 2 rooms and the other room where 3 of us are staying is quite small for us to open our luggages but it was still manageable. The toilet and bath is quite small too so if you’re a tall person it could be a slight issue.
To be honest, we loved everything about this hotel. Yes the rooms are quite simple and not as fancy as other hotels, but you don't miss that at all since you have everything you need. The ladies at the front desk are amazing, super friendly, very cheerful and helpful. They really made our stay for the first time in China easy!! The location is perfect with 2 metro stations nearby, there are a lot of shops and restaurant within 5min walking near the Macdonalds. There is a 7/11 at 1min walking. Also, the beds and blankets were really comfortable, the warm airconditioning works well in the cold days, the shower is amazing, the bathroom is clean. Also the rooms gets cleaned everyday. Therefore 10 points. Wold def recommend!!
Maybe they could make a sign that you can hang at your door if your room doesnt need cleaning.

Location was excellent. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our phone being forgotten in a taxi and the staff were super helpful at communicating and helping us return it!
