DOM Boutique Hotel by Authentic Hotels

Very nice hotel! Great location near many parks, which was important for us as we traveled with a small kid. Stuff level was superb, anything we needed they arrange and made our stay super comfortable. We even received a little gift for our baby.

This is what you expect when booking a Boutique hotel! Wonderful staff, great service with an attention to detail. I'll always come back to stay here when visiting St. Petersburg. Nice rooms, especially the design of the bathroom was amazing!

Great location, centrally located and close to everything of tourist importance, yet very quite, not noisy. Can see the boats gliding down Fontanka river at night from my balcony. Overall, great price, very clean, 24 hour service, posh interiors and good internet. It had everything I needed.

Номер (семейный) хороший, удобный. Единственный момент: в номерах кондиционер работает только на холод. Мы просили на ночь обогреватель. :) Завтрак отличный. Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый, даже очень услужливый. Отель можно смело рекомендовать. Не уверена насчёт 5*, но хорошая четвёрка. И да, парковки в отеле нет, хотя по фильтрам система выдаёт этот отель, как отель с парковкой.

Eccelent hotel. Very central, the rooms are nice, new and modern (the electrucuty is activated by a touch), great breakfast in a pleasant diningroom and nice peopel who are
willing to help (especially Kostas who helpt me in the first day to fix the aircondition in my room and serve the breakfast)).
The only deficiency is the Wifi. There is a different adress to each room. My wifi didn't
.work at all.
They didn't know why and couldn't solve the problem.

It was not the first time we chose this hotel for a few days off in St. Petersburg.
The staff is super nice, always ready to help any time of the day! The service is amazing. They have a delicious restaurant and room service is fast and convenient.
We had breakfast there every day and enjoyed it so much! It’s always delicious with a wide range of food to choose from!
Also, during the pandemic the hotel feels extremely safe to stay in! All the necessary recommendations are being followed. It’s very clean.

The hotel is also extremely stylish: starting from the modern hall with amazing lighting and comfortable beautiful chairs, ending with bathrooms and rooms that are beautiful!

The place is located in the city center, so you can walk around most beautiful streets of SPB. Near the hotel you’ll find a Summer Garden. Because of the good location of the hotel - the taxi everywhere is rather cheap. And you can avoid most of the traffic!

прекрасный интерьер, заботливый персонал, отличное расположение. Завтрак в номер пару раз немного запаздывал (вероятно, из-за высокого сезона), но ресторан присылал с комплимент и извинения. отель вполне себе европейского уровня - рекомендую!

Бутики- очень подходящая характеристика для данного отеля. Великолепное расположение в самом историческом центре, но чуть в стороне от шума туристических маршрутов. Старательный дизайн - пусть порой и в ущерб функциональности. Но это коллеги надеюсь скоро поймут и по возможности исправят ошибки. В целом - очень неплохо.

У нас с мужем была годовщина свадьбы! При бронировании я сообщила, что у нас важная дата и отель подарил нам бутылку шампанского. Это было очень приятно. Номер был замечательный. Единственный минус- окно было грязное. Я фанат чистых окон.)

4 night stay in the boutique hotel, as a professional of hospitality business this is one of the best place to stay in sankt Petersburg! Great service- staff extremely friendly and helpful, good breakfast and wonderful room. Located near the center but not in a noisy area, this is definitively the hotel to choose for a charming stay in SPB.

Booked DOM Boutique Hotel on a recommendation of a good friend who also is a travel professional and we were very happy we took her advice.

The hotel is great, good rates and with all the amenities a traveler needs to make a great stay; but it is the staff that make is such an enjoyable place to hangout.

From the accomplished and affable GM Marianna Neumann to the young porter/doorman and front office. Actually all of the staff we interacted with during our stay were very well trained, genuinely friendly and refreshingly knowledgeable about their city. They were happy to recommend and book restaurants (which where excellent choices by the way) and Uber/taxis for our little adventures around St Petersburg.

We arrived past midnight after the train ride from Tallinn. Had to wait 5 minutes for reception to complete a phone call. The 4th floor hallways are off-putting with flocked wallpaper and floral carpet in reds and purples. Our room is huge with chartreuse and purple decor. Furnishings are very good quality and the bed is super comfortable. The lighting is ambient and not great for reading. There are no individual bedside lights. However, despite the garish aspects we enjoy this hotel and are very happy staying here. Our breakfast was included and the variety was plentiful and very good. The quality and prep of the coffee suits us perfectly. We utilize the service of the concierge for dinner bookings. The recommendation the first night was unimpressive so we make our own decisions after that although allow them to book for us.

From the minute you enter this hotel , you are made to feel welcome and special . The black and red décor is cosy . The hotel has a beautiful library too. The bar is intimate and welcoming and has an impressive selection of drinks . The Russian wines were notable. The staff are friendly , helpful and could not do enough to make me feel welcome . The rooms are large , quirky and the bathrooms are beautiful . The hotel is spotless , beds are uber comfortable with a choice of 7 different pillows. I ate in the restaurant on 2 nights - food was excellent quality and value . The choices at breakfast are extensive - all food fresh and tasty . Couldn't fault anything . The hotel is in a quiet side street opposite the Summer Gardens so no traffic noises .
