Fantastic location, breakfast and staff, but almost no working Internet and single rooms are closets

Cons:

Internet was VERY POOR and often didn't work. My single room was so small and narrow, I could barely open my suitcase

Innenstadtlage in Wien, damit kann man die Preise rechtfertigen. Ansonsten sauber und ordentlich.
Pros:

Die Lage ist unübertroffen, in der Innenstadt 3 Minuten vom Stephansdom.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, nicht so übertrieben wie in vielen Hotels, aber grundständig und gut.

Cons:

Das Einzelzimmer war *sehr* klein - eher schon eine Abstellkammer mit Bett.

Cons:

Besides the fact that the A/C was set to 21°c minimum ( checked with the reception ) which was not exactly enough to us because we liike a colder room...and that permanent " buzz " sound coming also( I guess) from that old A/C installation....everything else was ok..I would definitely recommend it !

Great location in the center of Vienna
Pros:

The staff was very professional and super helpful. Very quick in answering my questions online.

Cons:

Might be a bit noisy if your room faces the street, but mine was at the back so it was pretty quiet.

Location is what you are paying for plus it is comfortable clean roomy with nice breakfast.
Pros:

Location was absolutely perfect. The breakfast was very good with eggs made to order. Nice view from room. Room was comfortable and good size.

It is more like a pension.

夜遅くても人通りが多いので安心。
スタッフの皆さんが親切。
ホテル出てすぐにDEMELやシュテファン大聖堂がある。
前日にサイトで予約したところが紙のチケットで印刷が必要になり、印刷をお願いしたらこころよく対応していただきました。

non mi è piaciuto nulla. si veda tutte le telefonate e lo scambio di mail intercorso

la descrizione della camera ricevuta in fase di acquisto non ritraeva la realtà della situazione. La camera non aveva adeguata luce e ricambio d'aria perchè affacciava non su una corte interna come detto ma su un cavedio! Era stato indicato in fase di acqusito che c'era il wifi ma non era disponibile. alla richiesta di cambiare stanza per avere il wi-fi mi è stato detto: 1) che non c'era la stanza; 2) che c'era una stanza di una categoria superiore ma che avrei dovuto ripagare per intero il costo perchè la prenotazione di booking non valeva per quella stanza. Dopo essermi lamentata con booking (che si è attivato) mi hanno detto che c'era una stanza ma che dovevo immediatamente tornare in albergo entro una ora per fare il cambio! Colazione penosa: croissant decongelati, mele vecchi, yogurt grumoso. valore economico della colazione 3 o 5 euro. Valore della camera assegnata (9) 70 euro (senza aria e senza wifi, per tacere del riscaldamento o del raffrescamento). Da notare che nella camera non c'erano sufficienti prese di corrente e dunque sono state posizionate due ciabatte! alla reception due persone improbabili, completamente ignare di cosa significhi accogliere un cliente. al termine del soggiorno, all'atto di lasciare i bagagli per un paio d'ore in albergo hanno preso i miei bagagli di malo modo, sbattendoli a destra e a sinistra nel riportli nello stanzino, il tutto corredato da parole che credo non fossero proprio benevole, nei miei confronti.

Bellissima scoperta nel centro di Vienna!
Pros:

Posizione della struttura, in centro storico a 2 passi dalla metro, comodissima a tutto
Stanza confortevole e grande, rispetto a tante altre della zona
Colazione molto buona, nonostante magari qualche prodotto in più da offrire ai clienti
Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo!
Ci torneremo!

Wifi presente in struttura gratuito, ma non molto veloce
Soffione della doccia non correttamente funzionante (non si inseriva nella struttura)

Pros:

Posizione centralissima in pieno Graben. Stanza ampia (15). Ho apprezzato che il bagno era diviso in due stanze (in una c'era solo il wc).

Cons:

I cuscini erano tutti bassi/troppo morbidi per i miei gusti.
Colazione con buffet un po' basic. Potevano mettere qualche dolcetto o qualche particolarità austriaca in più.
La reception non è h24, dalle 21 in poi non rimaneva più nessuno
