De locatie is echt geweldig! Vlak bij Ximen en vlak bij Taipei Main Station. Veilige en rustige buurt. Alles is aanwezig. Schoon en netjes. Family Mart naast de deur en alle andere voorzieningen op loopafstand.
Kamers zijn wel wat krap.

i like the water pressure of the hotel. it is so important to have sufficient water pressure during your shower after the long day of trip. i love when they give 4 pillows for the queens size of bed. can eat free snacks,water,coke,which is a very plus point. the staff is helpful. it is walking distance to ximending walking street. and to the ximen metro station.
im writing this so that the hotel can consider for the improvement.
1) room is super duper small, i book for 6 nights and at the first night when we open the room, omg, it cannot even fit one luggage. we have 2 28inch luggage. if we put our luggage on the floor, there is no way to walk in the room.
2) the room not soundproof at all, even the next door open the door we can hear it clearly. and we even hear the water dropping on the roof.
3) the next day morning i immediate request to change to the 2 queenbed room so that we can sleep comfortably as we carry our 4 years old daugher, the queen bed at the first night cant even fit 3 of us. i pay the next 5 nights for the discrepencies. the room for 4 people is slightly bigger that the previous one and now we can fit our luggage ad our daughter. but the room aircon temperature does not work really well, they provide one portable fan for us which is acceptable.
We had a corner room and loved looking out the big windows. The lounge in the basement is nice, snacks are appreciated. Comfy bed, clean room. Great location walking distance from the main station and Ximen. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location just outside of the Ximen district. Spacious room, comfy bed, friendly staff. Liked the free beer option as a new member
Must have used bleach to clean the floors in the bathroom which was very pungent, also bleached the bottom of my pants in one section.
Free snacks and drinks (including instant noodles, pop corn, sandwiches and hotdogs/ baos) in the basement lounge, and a very comfortable place to eat ximending yeshi food with ample space for all guests
There is a children's play area on the 9th storey as well, along with retro games like air hockey, Street fighter, a photo booth and a basketball machine to entertain kids, all of which are included in the stay

The room was a good size with separate bathroom and huge shower. The shower head gave hot rain shower effect to perfection. I thoroughly enjoyed it especially as the temperature setting stayed as I had set it :)
The hotel is in the breathing heart of Taipei and an easy stroll to the subways and massive shopping malls. The night markets, restaurants, and even cinemas are a short walk.
The availability of an all-night lounge with games, movies screen, and free snacks gave the intentionally old-style decor of that area a very friendly vibe.
Staff were on site 24/7 and always helpful.
If I had paid considerably more, I would have higher expectations of the laundry facilities, having to book was a very minor inconvenience.

Hmm, I tried to work with the air con but it doesn’t seem to really work well. I felt hot despite the temperature being set to 18.
Very convenient! Their basement lounge has free bottles of water, other drinks and snacks. They will also offer to mail postcards for you (no need for a stamp!)
My specific room (606) did not have a shower door, so I had to shower into only one corner of the stall or else the washroom floor would get all wet.
Wifi is sometime spotty for my room - maybe it's because it's shared with multiple rooms?
The staff is very nice & the hotel is definitely clean. Cool hangout area in the lobby with free snacks & some activities.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable & pillows were so thin I might as well have been sleeping on nothing. I also think the hotel in general was overpriced for what it was.

訂房時已用信用卡付了第一晚房費，入住時竟要求重新付第一天和第二晚的費用，並且告訴我們，收費平台要三個月後才會退費到當時預刷第一晚住宿費的信用卡內，請問這是什麼收費法?？？
為什麼平台已繳付第一晚的費用不能直接抵用？還要再繳一次？？然後要等三個月後再退?？？
