Pros:

The reception as I arrived, as I was able to check in at 10 am!
Incredibly nice people.

Cons:

A bit of mosquitos, but I could have asked for any repellant. But I was too lazy.
Nothing to heat up water for a coffee cup.
I m sure if I asked they would have sold the issue

Great little hotel in a good location to the hot springs and seaside restaurants
Pros:

Great location, affordable for the one night stay we had and the lady at reception was super friendly and gave us some great advice.

Cons:

The indoor breakfast area was full of smoke due to the open door connecting to a veranda, where smokers were allowed to smoke but due to the tent and closed sides, the smoke entered the hotel's indoor areas. Smoking should be allowed only in exterior uncovered areas of the hotel, or the door needs to be closed. This is a pet-friendly hotel, a fact that does not allow to achieve cleanliness at a substantive level. Also when two pets are met, earplugs are necessary...

Good hotel , comfortable with nice staff.
Pros:

Quiet comfortable room before ferry, good sitcom and nice shower. Lights didn’t work but nice staff changed bulbs straightaway.
