We had a truly lovely stay in Olbia and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk from the centre, with convenient paid parking nearby. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and well looked after.

What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were professional yet genuinely warm and friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. From the moment I first made enquiries before booking, the communication was excellent. They helped arrange parking, provided clear directions from the airport, and made sure we were aware of the limited traffic zones to avoid any fines — which was incredibly helpful.

During our stay, they checked in with us daily to make sure everything was going well, which made us feel truly cared for. Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection, lovely surroundings, and a friendly atmosphere.

A special mention to Barbara, who was absolutely wonderful — so kind, warm, and genuinely welcoming. She made us feel at home, and it was clear she takes real pride in what she does.

Also a special thank you to Nadia and Valentina, who clearly work incredibly hard to keep everything running so smoothly. And not forgetting all the staff behind the scenes who keep the place spotless and operating seamlessly — it really shows.

You could see that the whole team works well together and truly cares about their guests.

I was honestly surprised to read any negative comments, as our experience was nothing but positive. In any business, occasional issues can arise that are beyond control, but this team clearly does everything they can to deliver a great experience.

We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Olbia.

Colazione e accoglienza fantastici, posizione centralissima
Pros:

L accoglienza dello staff è in particolare la gentilezza e la passione di Barbara durante la nostra colazione, oltre che alla posizione centralissima , e’ il principale motivo per cui tornerei in questo hotel…
-Colazione fenomenale con tante attenzioni ( frutta fresca, ricotta, marmellate e yogurt locali , torte e biscotti fatte a mano da Barbara che prepara dei cappuccini fantastici
- Parcheggio convenzionato con l albergo molto vicino e davvero conveniente rispetto agli altri parcheggi
-Camere confortevoli e bagno moderno

Cons:

Lenzuola di raso e cuscini in velluto dorati che non trasmettono un idea di pulito e fresco ma piuttosto di un atmosfera da motel di periferia invece che di un albergo a 4 stelle
Pochi cuscini
Per un albergo di questa categoria mi aspetterei accappatoio e ciabatte in spugna , assieme a più varietà di prodotti cosmetici ( balsamo, shampoo, crema corpo ect ), magari una promozione dei prodotti naturali locali

Hotel tres bien mais quelques points a améliorer.
Pros:

- La propreté irréprochable apres le ménage. Un GRAND merci a la dame qui faisait le ménage car elle en faisait bien plus que nécessaire.
- L'amabilité et l'extrême gentillesse de la dame du petit déjeuner. Un grand merci a elle.

Cons:

- La chambre étant au RDC malgré le fait qu'il y a des rideaux, pas tres discret et peu d'intimité
- Le code wifi n'était pas affiché, nous l'avons demandé le 2eme jour
- Nous sommes resté bloqué 30min a l'exterieur de la chambre car la clé électronique ne voulait pas ouvrir la porte de notre chambre.
- L'appellation de l'hôtel avec le mon "SPA" peut porter a confusion car il s'agit d'une suite avec le SPA. L'hôtel en lui meme n'est pas équipé de SPA et c'était une des raison de notre choix.
- Il serait bien de proposer.une machine a café et une ou deux bouteilles d'eau a disposition dans les chambres.
- Petit déjeuner peu varié par rapport aux autres hôtels que nous visitons (mais le personnel d'une extrême gentillesse).
