Xenios Loutra Village Beach Hotel

The room given was not the type of room booked and the staff told me they never received the details of what type of room I booked and prepaid for. The food is really low quality and low end. The dining area is super small for the amount of guests. The tables and chairs are cramped and the location where food is located, is super inconvenient and cramped. Something as basic as water is offered only with an extra pay! The salads were of really poor quality and they were serving the worst I've ever had! And this is mid summer! Often fresh fruit would finish and they wouldn't refill. There was WIFI, but no internet, so what is it good for then?! The shower stall was so small, if you are higher than 28BMI, you can hardly get in and you cannot bend to wash properly! The staff was nice and friendly, that is the only positive part of this hotel and its location.

Familiy room a bit small for 2 adults and 2 kids, moskito net on the window would be perfect. Great location. Good value for the money. Food was ok, food service a bit poor.

Helpful staff and right across from beach. Great place for 2 nights.

Pretty good hotel right above the only beach in Loutra. Spacious rooms, big terrace with a garden view, but facing the restaurant near by, which makes it noisy at times, especially in the evening. Very clean, with daily cleaning service, sheets are replaced every third day. Bathroom nice, with very small shower, never seen so small actually. It would have been better if they left it without shower glass instead, like in other places in Greece. We were on half board basis, in general satisfied with the quality of the food (although I think it is prepared elsewhere, not in the hotel itself). Stuff very kind and always ready to give you useful tips about Loutra or its surroundings. The Wi-Fi in the room is of a very weak quality, and pretty unstable. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, and we would love to go back another time there.

Ein durchschnittliches Hotel. Frühstück und Abendessen waren in Ordnung. Gestört hat uns, dass in unserem Zimmer vom ersten Tag an die Seife leer war, was vom Hotelpersonal nicht bemerkt wurde. Unsere Toilettenspülung war defekt, diese wurde einmal vom Hotel wieder vorübergehend in Stand gesetzt, die nächsten beiden male haben wir es selbst gemacht, da wir keine Lust hatten, dafür jedes mal vorzusprechen an der Rezeption. Auch der Wäscheständer draußen ist mehrfach auseinander gefallen, wenn was drauf hing. Schade fand ich die unpersönliche Atmosphäre. Das Personal war freundlich, aber nicht übermäßig hilfsbereit mit Empfehlungen wohin man Essen gehen oder was man im Umfeld unternehmen könnte. Negativ aufgefallen ist uns auch, dass an allen Tagen von morgens bis spätabends das gleiche Personal dort war, nicht besonders arbeitnehmerfreundliche Strukturen anscheinend! Wir würden hier nicht nochmal buchen.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ απλό αλλά καθαρό και αξιοπρεπές. Το πρωϊνό ήταν ικανοποιητικό και το δείπνο ( η κράτησή μας περιελάμβανε και πρωϊνό και δείπνο ) ήταν πολύ πλούσιο,πολύ εύγεστο και είχε ποικιλία και για χορτοφάγους και μη. Υπήρχε επίσης πάντα γλυκό. Συγχαρητήρια στον σεφ και στους συνεργάτες του καθώς και στην ευγενέστατη κοπέλα που ήταν υπεύθυνη πρωϊνού και δείπνου.

The hotel was good for its price and also great service. Breakfast and dinner was included in the price. The village is extremely small with only 3 restaurants and few beach bars so if you would like to explore the area I suggest you rent a car before you go there.

Arrived late but not a problem shown straight to the room and had a coffee.
Room basic but large enough.
Shower very small but good pressure and constant water.
Breakfast ok good choice but would have liked fresh fruit salad and not tinned.
Evening dinner different every night and adequate.
Best thing was the position close to a beautiful friendly beach.

Halbpension war gut: Griechische Speisen und auch tatsächllich nicht jeden Tag das gleiche. Morgens wechselnde Eiergerichte, Müsli, diverse Kaffeesorten, Wurst, Käse, Salate und Kuchen/Kekse und Obst in verschiedenen Varianten. Abends wechselnde Beilagen sowie Fisch oder Fleisch und ebenfalls Obst und Salat sowie Nachtisch. Alles in allem hat jeder etwas gefunden - für die drei Sterne alles okay. Der Strand ist nur über die kleine Straße, wenn auch sehr steinig.Mit einem Mietwagen ist man gut bedient. Ein schöner Sandstrand mit Liegen und Schirmen ist nur 20 Fahrminuten entfernt auf er anderen Seite. Die Zimmer sowie das Hotel waren sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Gutes Hotel in Strandnähe. Für eine kurze Auszeit ein wirklich gutes Hotel. . Kleiner Beach mit guten Tavernen.

Freundliche, sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Mängel werden umgehend behoben. Frühstücksauswahl reichhaltig und ausreichend. Abendessen einfach aber ok.
Der Strand vor dem Hotel ist klein und war um diese Jahreszeit noch nicht gereinigt. Ca 16min mit dem Auto entfernt ist ein größerer toller Strand kurz hinter dem Ortseingang Paliouri.
Auto sollte man haben.

Kleines aber feines Hotel mit 22 Zimmern. Es ist alles sehr sehr sauber, bis auf kleine Ausnahmen. Das Personal gibt sich sehr viel Mühe und es wird abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft gekocht. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Es empfiehlt sich ein Mietwagen, da der Ort sehr ruhig ist. Nichts für Partyurlauber.

Die überaus freundlichen und gut englisch sprechenden Mitarbeiter haben sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Unkomplizierter Check-In (inklusive Übergabe einer Hotelmappe mit z.B. einer Umgebungskarte), sauberes Zimmer, gutes Essen: die Auswahl war völlig in Ordnung, sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen. Kostenfreies WLAN in der Lobby.
Weiterhin liegt das Hotel - nur von einer wenig befahrenen Straße getrennt - quasi direkt am Strand.

Wir waren in der Vorsaison, hatten aber nicht den Eindruck, dass hier Notbetrieb herrscht.
Für diese Preisklasse wurde alles geboten, was man erwarten darf.

Der günstige Preis entschudigt die abgelegenere Lage und den Service rundherum. Das Abendessen war auch nichts besonderes... Strand war gut. Alles in allem aber durch den niedrigen Preis zu empfehlen! Wir haben ein Auto gemietet und waren tagsüber nicht im Hotel,sondern haben die Insel erkundet!

Der Strand ist zwar sehr nahe aber leider kein kompletter Sandstrand sondern überwiegend mit Kies. Mit Auto findet man wunderschöne Sandstrände.
