Pros:

當天晚上PM6:00要入住，才告知空調壞掉，夏天整個悶，只附一台舊電風扇，覺得待不下去，當場退費處理。
希望類似此事應提早告知，無論是哪個平台預定的，都有聯絡方式，而不是不處理，大影響當下旅遊心情。
屋主退費態度很配合顧客，APP 客服處理也很順暢，但希望能避免不是臨時問題，搞成臨時意外，影響旅遊心情。

除了蚊子爆多外，其他都不錯
Pros:

其實整體來說CP值還蠻高的，而且距離羅東夜市很近，但是蚊子真的有夠多，我一個晚上打殺了13隻蚊子，朋友殺了3隻，最後還去朋友家借電蚊香。
然後冷熱水裝反（標示有確實反過來），朋友傻傻洗冷水澡，不高興外，其他都還蠻不錯啦。

住宿尚且舒適
Pros:

房間隔局不佳，電視和座位塞在很窄的空間，裝潢普通，地板是用地貼，但不算平整。
整體房間算是乾淨整潔，離羅東夜市近，走路約3~5分鐘。

房東不耐煩的態度讓人很不舒服
Pros:

入住時要打電話聯絡，會找不到地方。
但聯絡時房東感覺很不耐煩，話還沒講完就把電話掛掉，讓人感覺很差。
房東要求上樓時要在一樓先換上房間的拖鞋，但完全沒有可以讓人坐下換鞋的地方，對穿球鞋的房客很不友善。
房間格局很奇怪，電視跟床的距離很遙遠，是個人滿在意的小缺點。
浴室的排水系統很糟糕，盥洗時洗手台的水竟然會滿到三分之二，洗澡時水也會淹到大概一個腳掌高。
總而言之，不會再次入住，也不會推薦親友們，主要原因還是因為房東服務態度實在太差。

Pros:

Must contact the hotel after booking. My family waited at the gate for 30 minutes until the arrival of next guests. The room was on the highest floor. The air-con took the whole night to cool down the room. The beds and washroom are good.

It's a comfort place but you are all by yourself
Pros:

The hotel room is clean, it is close to night market, the television is with HDTV channel, the price is fair fair.

If u book this hotel, I suggest you may text or contact the hotel for the location before your arrival, because the hotel doesn't have any sign or name in front of door.

If you often need a staff to get help, I guess this hotel it's not a good choice, this hotel is run by a family, sometimes there is no staff at the building at all, but you always text the manager to get help, and she is helpful anyway.
