Excellent apartment
Pros:

Excellent, comfortable apartment near several sights in St. Petersburg with good bathroom, kitchen even a dishwasher and washing machine and a small balcony. The bed was very comfortable.

Pros:

Unfortunately the apartment had bed bugs (which we only found traces on our last night even if we inspected the mattress the first night before we went to bed) and mosquitos and believe us there were not just a few there were many. My Spouse and I were bitten on practically every body part and me my ankles the worst. At first we thought it was a rash I might have gotten from the grass at the zoo that we visited the day following our arrival in St-petersburgh. But then the bites that were startling to appear on our legs arms hands back and neck at first my husband thought it was the mosquitos because they visited us during the night as well and before the traces of bites start to appear on our bodies we were both itchy with red spots and nothing else was in our minds except the rash from the grass and mosquitos. Unfortunately for us and all the travelers before us, it was on our night when we were in bed looking on the internet about my rash on both ankles and the bites the were starting to appear as 3 and 4 bites close to each other that we realized that it could be bed bugs and my husband took the whole bed apart and we were able to see traces of the bed bugs. As well as a lot of dust and a big cocoon of about 2 inches long on the board of the bed where the mattress lies on.

We went to the reception to explain our situation and show our bites and pictures we took of the traces of the bed bugs and she was unable to help us and said management would call us tomorrow.

如不滿意房間，請大家向公寓的前台人員提出要求更換另一個。
Pros:

我們入住5晚，他們給我們的公寓房間完全不是網站上的相片所展示的模樣，感覺很舊，但是很大而且尚算乾淨，其實他們有很多不同種類大小的房間，我們安頓後也沒有打算更換，住了5晚，之後我們計劃延長在聖彼得堡的旅程，所以另外再預訂多5晚，頭一晚的房間比第一間小，設備舊感覺不乾淨，而且住得不舒服，我們第二天早上才要求更換房間，他們才給予我們更好更大的另一公寓房間，這間公寓房間就如公寓在網站上的相片一模一樣，公寓房間空間大，整體感覺很好，開放式廚房設備廚具用品齊全，但廁所的熱水爐滴水嚴重，我們要用毛巾墊著，其他方面都很滿意，推薦入住8座3樓259號房間。
