Check in was smooth and the staff was friendly, however when I got to my room the bathroom smelled strongly of pee. And I hadidea if that was the drain system or the toilet. I cleaned it myself, because I don’t speak Japanese heads up for foreign visitors.

좀 오래되긴 했어요. 그래서 오래된 건물에서 오는 냄새라던지 시설들이 노후 되어 있지만 조식 맛있고 전체적으로 나쁘지 않습니다. 가성비 좋아요! 와이프랑 다시 가보고 싶네요!

立地と朝食のブッフェは良かったです。
福岡のものだけではなく、九州の郷土料理もあって手作り感あり美味しかったです。
(滞在時→辛子蓮根、ハトシ、キビナゴ天麩羅)

数ヶ月前も宿泊したのですが、部屋によって設備、備品のコンディション、清潔さが違う印象です。

口コミで書かれているように、フロントの接客が冷たく感じます。
お客さんが通り過ぎる時に声かけ、笑顔がないので特に冷たく感じるのかもしれません。
担当される方によって違いがあるのも実感。
(今回は男性の方で親切な方でした)
15時にならないとチェックインができないのなら、フロント2人で対応しているのは少ないと思います。(どっと並ぶ)
すぐ近くにイスなど置いて座って待機する場所があると助かります。(年配の方、きつそうでした)
また、ドア近くに案内係がいるとスムーズなチェックインができるのかと思います。

Très jolie place dans kitakyushu. Les chambres sont petites mais fonctionnelles. Super grande salle de bain. Parking à proximité (collé à l’hôtel) pas trop cher pour l’emplacement. À proximité du monorail.

Common areas were lovely but the room was a real minimum in size. Lovely Japanese gardens, but the old English aesthetic inside grated with my tastes as an architect. Why not make it all Japanese, in Japan?
