Pros:

Отель оплатил вечером, прибыл в отель поздно ночью, но меня не пустили, указав что нет оплаты. Подумал не ошибся ли я отелем, убедившись, что отель тот, вернулся. Меня вновь выгоняли, после вызвали полицию и через три часа разбирательств нашли оплату, написали на меня заявление. После предложили заселиться, по пав в отеле 2 часа я уехал. Отель не плохой, но персонал в отеле, без комментариев.

Pros:

Negatives : had not cleaned the table tops before arrival ; location is distant from major tourist attractions in the central region.
Positives : affordable rates, excellent and helpful staff, WiFi speed very good, drinking water available 24×7 free of charge ( even some costlier and better known branded hotels in Russia provide only one bottle per day - and drinking water is not cheap in Russia - at 3 litres per person per day , you might have to spend 1000 Rubles extra per week just for drinking water - the basis of life). They even had weighing machine ( very helpful to determine if and how much you might have to pay for extra baggage at the airport). Other basic amenities were well provided. Homely atmosphere. Ms. Ekaterina was very helpful.

Very clean, very nice, goog value for the money.
Pros:

This is a wonderful small hotel. Very clean and wonderful staff. The only problem is location. For someone who is not familiar with the Russian municipal transportation systems the hotel location could be a challenge. From the River Station, you need to take Tram 13 (going south) to its end and transfer to Tram 14. The stop is Техническая. Best to write it down and show the conductor as I had the tram blow by this stop. There is a sign, Отель pointing to the hotel.
