Excellent choice for location and comfort!
Pros:

Very comfortable room , beds abd pillows! Our room overlooked the street but thick windows meant no noise from below. Andrea at reception was very helpful regarding tram, bus & train option. Breakfast was very nice, soft boiled eggs & hard boiled as well, good selection of meats, cheeses, breads, fruit etc all delicious & fresh, and very good coffee!

Cons:

We liked everything! No complaints at all.

Fabulous location and hotel for a visit to Bern
Pros:

The best thing is the staff — so helpful with every inquiry about Bern and the sights and the tactical hotel stay info. Great breakfast. Location is fabulous and a short walk from the old town.
