Pros:

Il rapporto qualità prezzo molto vantaggioso per una città costosa come Berna.
Il parcheggio sotterraneo a prezzo conveniente nonostante fossimo a ridosso del centro storico, dove gli autosili sono molto cari.
La posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro sia a piedi sia con i mezzi pubblici.
Il biglietto giornaliero per i mezzi pubblici offerto gratuitamente.
La signora che ci ha accolti alla reception molto gentile e disponibile.

Pleasant and efficient room with parking in-house.
Pros:

Efficient room, all amenities present. Comfortable bed. Good wifi, decent breakfast. Its biggest asset is the garage with loading facilities for electric cars. The location is a little outside the center of Bern. It takes a 15 minute walk across a spectacular bridge to get to the beautiful center of Bern, Foreign visitors are offered a free transportation pass for Bern.

Cons:

Everything was, fine, riooms are not spacious.

Struttura raggiungibile in 6 minuti di tram dalla stazione. Ricezionista sempre presente.
Check-in già nel primo pomeriggio.
Disponibilità da anticipare la colazione già alle 6 di mattina.
Pulizia top.

Andrea at reception was extremely helpful and always polite. Tram stop was close by and service quick.The hotel was clean and quiet and there was daily servicing provided

Convenient, friendly and great Location
Pros:

The room was small, but that was to be expected for a city centre budget priced hotel. Buffet breakfast was good, staff at front desk always helpful and friendly. The clever underground parking system worked perfectly and was a bonus, though not a cheap one. I would certainly recommend.

The value for money in Bern was pretty good and. I liked the breakfast, although it was minimalistic, they had everything you need. And the room was nice, also the Bern city ticket that came with the hotel for free, was really important so I could travel around the city comfortably.

Cons:

Maybe a bit more space in the room or more food at breakfast could be improved, but other than that in this price range in Bern, pretty good

Excellent hôtel
Pros:

J’ai tout aimé car tout a été excellent : emplacement (bel endroit et très proche du centre-ville), délicieux petit déjeuner, propreté, calme, literie très confortable, équipement, gentillesse du personnel, etc. Un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, j’y retournerai sans hésitation !

Pros:

Persönlich, Rezeption ist besetzt. Man spricht doch lieber mit Menschen als mit Maschinen. Und es wird Bargeld genommen - wie es sich gehört. Kein Vergleich mit all diesen unseligen internationalen Hotelketten (cash-free, self-check-in, und der ganze Kontroll-Mist)...

Cons:

Irgendwas kann immer besser sein, aber bei der insgesamt angenehmen Erfahrung will man nicht meckern...
