Pros:

The room was clean and it was cleaned daily. Also, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and enough. Coffee and tea at your discretion with no additional payment.
Overall, thanks for the excellent services and confort. For me it was a very good experience.

Tolle Location, nettes Personal, einfaches Hotel
Pros:

Location ist ideal um Bern zu erkunden. Personal sehr freundlich und Betten bequem. Sauber und gepflegt . Frühstück gut.

Cons:

Zimmer sind etwas klein und älter.
Etwas teuer für ein einfaches Hotel.

Gutes Hotel um Bern zu erkunden

Sehr netter Empfang an der Rezeption
Das Lage des Hotels ist gut. Die Stadtmitte von Bern ist gut mit Tram oder zu Fuß zu erreichen, Kostenpflichtiges Parken ist der hauseigenen Tiefgarage möglich. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet. Sehr gutes Frühstück Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Alles ok - ohne fahrbaren Untersatz würde ich da kein Urlaub machen.
Pros:

Wir waren im Nebengebäude Chalet - Zimmer und Bad sehr geräumig und ansprechend. Unser Auto konnten wir direkt am Gebäude vor der Haustür parken - sehr von Vorteil. Reichhaltiges Frühstück im etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Hauptgebäude

Cons:

Leider mussten wir die Koffer die Treppen in den 2 Stock schleppen, da es dort kein Fahrstuhl gibt. Das Haus liegt bergauf am Ende einer sehr schmalen Straße (Ortsende). Das (kleine) Zentrum ist fußläufig schon etwas weiter entfernt, insofern ist ein eigenes Auto am Haus sehr von Vorteil.

Just right for an overnight stay en route to Ticino from Basle Airport. Plenty of time to enjoy city
Pros:

Great location, which was very quiet and peaceful, with easy access to the centre, especially with the Bern Ticket.
Lovely quiet room, good quality towels and furnishings. Excellent and varied breakfast.

Cons:

free parking would have been welcome but the location explains the problem!
