Il mio soggiorno in questo hotel è stato semplicemente perfetto! La posizione è incredibile: svegliarsi ogni mattina con la vista del mare proprio di fronte. Le stanze sono ampie, luminose e ben attrezzate. Il letto è comodissimo, il bagno spazioso e pulitissimo, la connessione Wi-Fi è veloce.
Personale gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e sorridente, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con grande professionalità. Il proprietario, poi, è una persona squisita, accogliente e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti, facendoti sentire a casa fin dal primo momento.
Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi una vacanza all'insegna del relax, del comfort e dell’ospitalità autentica.

Verry clean, friendly environment.

Stayed elsewhere (we have stayed here and cannot fault it at all) so were just here daily for food in August 2024. Nine of us, food was beautiful every day, the stuffed vine leaves are honestly amazing! You just cannot beat the location, food on the beach but under a cover to take advantage of the shade if you wan to. Service is wonderful, food and drinks are great, prices are extremely reasonable and portions are large. We have been coming here since 2012 in various forms, as family groups, singly, work parties - always perfect. Really looking forward to seeing everyone again in June this year. It always feels like coming home. Arriving by motorbike June 10th this year - see you for breakfast then!

Lovely food and very nice staff! Pretty view. We only wanted a fruit salade and this is what they gave us! A whole plate! Sooooo nice! We didn’t stay here at the hotel but we came here to have some lunch! But if you are somewhere in Amadoura, come here for the lovely people!

My family of five had a wonderful stay at Aptera Beach! The owner Christos, is a very sweet person who goes out of his way to help us with any issues we had as well as really helping me out when I lost my passport.
Our room (209) was very spacious with a comfortable King bed and an amazing view of Ammoudara beach. We had a really nice shower, large refrigerator and air conditioner which we needed badly because it was very hot in Crete. The price was perfect for us as we were not in our rooms during the day. The downstairs restaurant was delicious as well.
Hotel isn’t far from the main Ammoudara strip but it’s helpful to rent a car.
We would definitely stay here again.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Aptera. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst. Uitstekende verzorging en hulp bij wat je maar nodig hebt. De espresso is heerlijk, ook lekker gegeten van ontbijt tot diner en prima geslapen op het dikke boxspring bed. Gratis ligbedden met parasol aan het strand. In de omgeving is ook restaurant Murelo een aanrader.

The fact that it is so close to Heraklion and has a great beach and dining on the beach makes it that much better for a great vacation. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Aptera Beach liegt in wunderschöner Lage direkt am Strand und das Flair ist ausgezeichnet. Anders als in viele Hotelketten kümmert sich das Personal und auch der Eigentümer sehr gut und umfangreich um die Gäste. Viele Gäste kommen schon seit mehreren Jahren in dieses Hotel und das zurecht!!! Das Frühstück ist super und mit vielen selbstgemachten Broten, Marmeladen usw. einfach herausragend. Der Eigentümer hat einen eigenen Garten und vieles an Obst und Gemüse aus diesem, findet man dann auch in den Speisen wieder. Sei es zum Frühstück, Mittag- oder Abendessen.

Hinzu kommt, dass man hier die griechische bzw. kretische Kultur viel besser kennenlernt, da man sowohl mit dem Eigentümer, als auch mit dem Peronal oft ins Gespräch kommt und so die Menschen dort und was Sie bewegt viel besser versteht. Man bekommt immer Tipps für abgelegene Strände, schöne Städte und kulinarische Besonderheiten.

Die Zimmer sind alle sauber, mit kleinem Balkon, Fernseher und Internet ausgestattet, sodass man auch dort seinen Abend enspannt ausklingen lassen kann.

Insgesamt ein fantastischer Aufenthalt mit tollen Stränden, vielen kulturellen Highlights, interessanten und sehr netten Menschen (Innerhalb und ausserhalb des Hotels) und somit der beste Platz um einfach mal den Alltag hinter sich zu lassen.

Meine Frau und ich können das Hotel, die Lage, das Personal und den Eigentümer nur wärmsten empfehlen, denn so lernt man Kreta nochmal auf eine ganz andere Art kennen.

Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
