Amazing! Words can't describe what a great time we had - anyone reading this needs to visit!
Pros:

Wow! What can I say. Village Heights was amazing. It's in a beautiful location up in the hills with a clear view of the sea. We went to both main pools and they were very clean, sun beds very comfortable. We had a sea view room which was stunning. It was incredibly comfortable, especially the bed! All the staff on site are a credit to Village Heights. Very helpful and friendly. The food in all the restaurants was of high quality - it was hard to choose where to go but we tried all of them. We will definitely be returning next year. Thank you so much for an amazing holiday!

Overall Okay, we honestly expected more from a 5 star resort hotel. Price to value not amazing
Pros:

The quietness and garden environment throughout the whole resort. Our flat has a huge balcony with a nice view. Most of the staff at the restaurants are nice. Food are really great.

Cons:

We found many ants in the kitchen and bedroom, despite the daily cleaning. Floor was really dirty, as if it has never been mopped or vacuumed (e.g., we found popcorns under the couch in the living room). Overly priced for the stuff and quality we get in general + room quality is really not up to standard, compared to other 5 star resorts (I would rate rooms as 3 stars really). Restaurant staff are genuinely nice; food were really great!!. Receptionists and bar staff are just doing their jobs, being professional but not warm (e.g., we asked for some water at the bar, and they immediately wanted to charge us with a bottle; it's a simple thing really and they could just give us a small glass...)

Vriendelijk personeel, fijne wellness en zwembaden, lekker eten en prima appartement! Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding en prima locatie.

Cons:

Er kan iets meer vertier voor kinderen komen, de speeltuin en kidsclub zijn beperkt. Het appartement is prima en uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt, maar heeft bijvoorbeeld geen extra’s zoals een wasmachine. Als laatste miste wat kindvriendelijke menu opties in de restaurants anders dan de main restaurant.

Personal trotz Saisonende extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer um den Gast bemüht.
Lage ideal etwas außerhalb, aber gratis Shuttlebus zum Meer mit reservierten Liegen und gratis Shuttlebus in die Altstadt.
Hatten Halbpension, Essen war hervorragend (für jeden Geschmack). Tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit regionalen Produkten.

Pros:

Everything was so perfect!
We didn't expect that kind of a resort. They have everything you need, in a fantastic atmosphere. We even had a piano to practice & play 24/7. The place was amazing!
Great friendly staff, great cocktail in the bar. Many facilities. Free shuttle to attractions. all was perfect!

Cons:

The only thing was that we couldn't have real vegan food for our meals so after one meal in the dining room we preffered to cook and eat on our balcony which was a great idea.

Pros:

We had such a great time in the jr. suite with kitchenette. Room very spatious, comfortable and amazing veiw. Clenliness top level. The staff is friendly and helpful, they make you feel pampered. We loved the facilities such as pool, bars, spa and yoga deck. The position is great if you have a car very close to the airport and to the sea.
