Brilliant. The service from all the staff was brilliant so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us.

Pros:

The food was exceptional in both the restaurants and the dining room. Everything was meticulously clean and pleasant. The atmosphere at the hotel is calm—the complete opposite of what usually characterizes all-inclusive hotels. But above all, the staff and the service are unlike anything we have experienced anywhere else. It is a genuine kindness that is simply present everywhere in the hotel.

Wohlfühl-Oase mit extrem guten Service
Pros:

ICh fange mal beim Personal an, die durch die Bank weg ALLE mega nett und hilfsbereit waren. Das Essen - egal ob Frühstück, Mittagessen oder Abendessen - war mega lecker. Wir hatten Frühstück gebucht und zusätzlich einige Male im Resort Mittag und Abend gegessen. Die dazugehörigen Restaurants (Elia und Rodies) sind echt heftig lecker.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber mit einer extrem guten Ausstattung (Gym, Tennisplatz, Volleyballplatz, uvm)

Der KidsClub war auch sehr gut und unser Kind hat sich dort sehr wohl gefühlt!

Auch die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht.

Das ist kein Mangel: man muss nur beachten, dass das Resort weiter weg ist. Man ist also entweder auf ein Auto angewiesen, nimmt den Shuttlebus oder bleibt halt nur vor Ort. Was auch mehr also ok ist!

Cons:

Man muss nur beachten, dass die Preise relativ hoch sind, wenn man kein All Inclusive gebaucht hat. Aber das ist echt meckern auf hohem Niveau

It was a relaxing stay with great service, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Pros:

The food and service is exceptional here, Rodies and Elia restaurants have great food, Kafeino is a cozy place to drink and chill. Room was quite nice and we enjoyed the facilities there, like tennis, mini golf, pool etc. The main plus point is that the crew makes it sure that you have best experience and I think it is valuable.

Cons:

Internet connection - Wifi, could be better, it is not strong enough in our room to work on some stuff if you want to.

Lovely relaxing hotel, would definitely recommend
Pros:

Lovely location up in the hills, the pools were all clean and not too crowded.
The room was kept clean and it was very spacious with beautiful sea views.
The staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

Cons:

Two very small things -
1. It could do with a second plug socket at each side of the bed as there is only 1 so if you want to charge anything by the bed you have to unplug the lamps.
2. The gym needs air conditioning as it was very warm.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, ruhig, landschaftlich sehr schön gelegen. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, die meist neben Englisch weitere Sprachen sprechen. Sehr guter Service. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Reperaturen werden sehr schnell erledigt. Sehr gutes Essen, auch bei besonderen Wünschen möglich (glutenfrei). Schöne Anlage mit Schwimmbädern und vielen landestypischen Pflanzen.

Cons:

Leider war die Nutzungszeit der Bäder eingeschränkt (10:00 bis 18:00). Schwimmen morgens ab 8:00 bis abends 19:30 hat uns gefehlt. Das Meer ist über kostenlosen Shuttelbus erreichbar, Liegen sind kostenfrei reservierbar. Der Strand war recht voll, das Schwimmbad in der Anlage war entspannter und angenehmer.

Pros:

The staff in the hotel was polite and courteous. We loved having dinners at ellia the food was exceptionally good.

Cons:

Housekeeping can be a bit better. It was embarrassing to call at front desk to get small things done right. Also a suggestion to please put blackouts in the room the present curtains dont work well.

Pros:

Beautiful resort - we had fantastic views from our very spacious suite. The swimming pools were excellent. The shuttle bus to the town is useful and we enjoyed the cat cafe.

Cons:

Room service food was overpriced and unpleasant. €17 for what tasted like a doughy undercooked supermarket pizza.
