Excelente estancia.
Pros:

Es un resort a las afueras de Hersonissos, en una zona de total tranquilidad. El apartamento era espacioso, limpio y contaba con una cocina completamente equipada. Tenía lavavajillas, microondas, horno y útiles de limpieza. Cuenta con dos piscinas, mini club y spa de pago. También con parque preparado para los pequeños y mini golf. El bufet era muy bueno y variado. Además en la cafetería servirán snacks que podías consumir en la piscina. La zona del restaurante era una maravilla con vistas al mar. Muy cerca del aeropuerto de Heraklion. No tiene acceso directo a la playa por su localización, pero sí un autobús lanzadera que te lleva hasta allí y hamacas concertadas.

Cons:

Los precios de los tratamientos del spa eran algo caros.

Pros:

Huge hotel! Probably 2km in length with tennis courts, mini golf, two pools, huge gardens, large parking with EV charging, library etc. It’s more family oriented so expect a lot of kids during peak season.

Cons:

There was a weird loud sound coming from nearby all day long. I know it’s not the hotels fault. It sounded like some sort of kids camp.

Great resort!
Pros:

The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient, always smiling and happy to help. The resort itself is beautiful, with lush, well-maintained gardens that make it feel like a true oasis.
The pools are fantastic, with plenty of space to relax, and the private shuttle to the beach is a great touch that makes everything so easy.
The food was outstanding—excellent quality, lots of variety, and every meal was delicious.

המלון:
ארוחת בוקר במחיר של 20 יורו לאחד. למרות שכתוב שארוחת בוקר כלולה. הופעות בערב במלון / לובי - רק למי שהזמין ארוחת ערב.
המלון פרוס על שטח ענק צריך ללכת המון מנקודה לנקודה.
הבריכות נסגרות ב18:00 שזה ממש ממש מוקדם.
החלפת מגבות לבריכה בין 10-13.
יש רעש עצום של מוזיקה וריקודים שמגיעים ממועדון נופש של צעירים ליד המלון. למי שמחפש שקט זה לא המקום זה רעש ממש חזק לאורך כל שעות היום שמתחיל משעות הבוקר.
לא ניקו את החדרים ( ואת הכלים בכיור) רק מחליפים מגבות. החדרים לא נקיים, ביוב במקלחות ובכיור סתום משערות, זה די מגעיל. הרצפה לא נקייה.
כשהיה חסר משהו כמו סבון כלים, סוכר, לדוגמא לוקח להם שעות להביא.
אין אור בחדר והמנורות שדולקות חסרות תאורה.
הייתי מצפה ממלון 5 כוכבים להרבה יותר. ממש אכזבה בהלימה לסכום ששילמנו.
