Per chi cerca pace e relax in un luogo da sogno!

Di questa struttura mi è piaciuto tutto. La disponibilità e cortesia dei proprietari, la camera (monolocale con angolo cottura, divano letto matrimoniale e bagno), il bagno di dimensioni generose con una doccia molto ampia, la zona piscina, grande e ben organizzata, con ombrelloni e sdraio in abbondanza rispetto al numero di ospiti. Infine la posizione: si è letteralmente immersi nel bosco, ma in breve è possibile raggiungere Gracciano, un centro fornito di tutte le attivita commerciali utili.

Cons:

Non c’è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. L’unica cosa che secondo me migliorerebbe il soggiorno in questa bellissima struttura, sarebbe la possibilità di avere la colazione inclusa con prodotti tipici del territorio.

A perfect, peaceful family stay!

We recently stayed at Villa Mucellena with our 3-year-old son and had an absolutely wonderful experience.

We stayed in the large apartment, which was perfect for a family. Having a direct garden entrance made life so much easier with a toddler, giving him a safe, beautiful space to step right outside and explore. The property itself is stunning and incredibly peaceful, offering a true sense of relaxation.

The pool area was a massive highlight for us—beautifully maintained, serene, and a fantastic place for my husband and me to unwind while our son enjoyed the water. The hospitality was exceptional from start to finish.

If you are looking for a gorgeous, family-friendly retreat that doesn't compromise on peace and aesthetics, we cannot recommend Villa Mucellena enough. We would love to come back!

Pros:

Tutto ottimo…posto fantastico per rilassarsi lontano da tutto e tutti in mezzo la natura, tutto molto curato, ottima anche la cena.

Cons:

40€ prezzo troppo alto x il gatto che avevamo con noi, non è specificato neanche in fase di prenotazione che ci sarebbe un supplemento e comunque prezzo secondo me troppo alto!

Hermosa experienca en plena Campiña Toscana
Pros:

Es un lugar rural, con un hermoso parque y pileta de natacion. Es necesario un auto y estas a 25 minutos del centro urbano, colle de val elsa. El restaurant funciona de jueves a domingo y es excelente. El personal, Viola y Enrico, muy amables

Sehr schönes Gelände mit Pool, netter Vermieterin, fernab vom Trubel (Auto unserer Meinung nach zwingend erforderlich).

Cons:

Leider haben wir uns in der Wohnung nicht wohlgefühlt. Als wir abends ankamen, war eins der beiden Schlafzimmer nicht sehr sauber und es fehlte Seife, was am nächsten Tag wieder gut gemacht wurde.
Die Dusche im kleineren Bad sehr eng. Einiges renovierungsbedürftig und etwas lieblos und zweckmässig eingerichtet.
Ein Wasserkocher wäre nicht schlecht.
Was uns am meisten gestört hat, d. die Wohnung sehr hellhörig war und Nachts sehr kalt wurde, da die Fenster nicht gedämmt waren und die Metall-Glastür im größeren Schlafzimmer nicht dicht war. Bei bis zu 10-12 Grad Außentemperatur Nachts wurde es sehr ungemütlich. Auf Nachfrage, konnte man mir am zweiten Tag eine weitere Decke geben, die aber für 2 Schlafzimmer nur bedingt ausreichte. Heizkörper funktionierten zu unserer Reisezeit nicht... Wir haben uns dann Wärmflaschen für Nachts gebastelt.
Sehr unbequeme, harte Matratze im kleineren Schlafzimmer. Fenster in den Schlafzimmern konnten nicht richtig abgedunkelt werden.
Aus genannten Gründen würden wir diese Wohnung leider nicht noch einmal buchen.

That’s a great place to stay in Tuscany. Peaceful and quiet place, the surrounding are beautiful and it’s very central to visit the area, Siena and Florence.
The restaurant is amazing with regional and rustic meals

Un lieu frais et agréable pour visiter les environs de Sienne
Pros:

Le lieu est en pleine campagne, en hauteur (30mn de voiture pour y arriver depuis les premiers centres d'intérêts), donc plutôt au frais, ce qui en été est plutôt appréciable. La piscine est très propre et il y a suffisamment de transats pour que chacun puissent profiter de l'espace.
L'appartement était très spacieux, très propre, la literie très confortable, et une petite cuisine permet de faire à manger .
L'accueil qui le 1er jour a pu être surprenant, était très agréable les jours suivants.

Cons:

La difficulté pour cet appartement est qu'une des chambres est située près des poubelles, ce qui fait que très tôt le matin il y avait beaucoup de bruit, ma tante âgée qui séjournait dans cette chambre a moyennement apprécié ...
Je pense que d'autres appartements peuvent être beaucoup moins bruyants, l'avantage de celui que nous avions était qu'il était de plein pied avec une terrasse...on ne peut pas tout avoir... ou bien changer le lieu des poubelles ??

Perfekt für entspannte Tage und Tagesausflüge
Pros:

Die Villa Mucellena ist ein wunderschöner Rückzugsort mit viel Weitläufigkeit und dem angenehmen Gefühl, ein zweites Zuhause gefunden zu haben. Alles war sehr sauber und gemütlich, der Pool stets gepflegt und erfrischend. Die Ruhe und Privatsphäre haben wir besonders geschätzt, da nicht viel los war und man sich dadurch wunderbar entspannen konnte. Auch die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich. Zudem eignet sich die Lage ideal für Tagesausflüge, zum Beispiel nach Siena oder San Gimignano.

Cons:

Das Gebäude ist etwas hellhörig – wer also empfindlich gegenüber Geräusche anderer ist (Stühlerücken, Türenöffnen und -schließen, Klospülungen etc.), sollte das berücksichtigen. Für uns war das jedoch kein Problem.
