Resort bello, ma cibo e servizio da rivedere.
Pros:

La posizione davvero top nel centro di Malia e sulla spiaggia.
Camere nuove e spaziose,
Bar della spiaggia e colazione ottima.

Cons:

Non se perché, forse era Ottobre, ma il cibo della cena non era all'altezza..Poca varietà, qualità molto scadente, se arrivi a fine orario rischi anche di non trovare più nulla.
Altra cosa negativa è che noi clienti dobbiamo apparecchiarci e sparecchiarci la tavola, davvero molto assurdo, e irrispettoso vedere questo in un resort.
Accoglienza dello staff molto fredda, poca cordialità, al check-in non siamo stati accompagnati alla stanza. Zero intrattenimento.
Non c'è possibilità di scegliere se fare pranzo o cena per la mezza pensione.
Se venite ad Ottobre consiglio solo di fare colazione, sperando non sia così nei periodi estivi...

Raport calitate-pret pentru luna octombrie foarte bun (cam 80 euro/camera/noapte cu demipensiune): Demipensiune ok, camere drăguțe, paturi confortabile

Pros:

Отель рядом с морем! 2 бассейна на территории. Для детей и взрослых. Рядом прокат машин,
возможность взять машину для поездок по острову, собственная парковка. Много катались, прокладывая собственные маршруты.
Дружелюбный персонал, белье, полотенца меняли очень часто, ухоженная территория. Кормили вкусно, разнообразно.

Cons:

При заселении захотели взять с нас плату за кондиционер, несмотря на то, что это было заявлено при бронировании. Пришлось доказывать.Утюг, держатель для душа были неисправны. Очень маленькая душевая кабинка с постоянно вытекающей водой из неё. Отсутствовал освежитель воздуха для туалета. Нам не хватило УДОБНЫХ розеток. Неудобно расположенная тумбочка к кроватям, (нам достался номер с двумя кроватями) Но по другому никак т.к помещение маленькое и иначе не открыть дверь на балкон. Освещение номера слабое.
