Un cauchemar
Pros:

L’emplacement et la qualité de la literie et des transats de la piscine (même s’il est vrai que dans la chambre il y avait une odeur désagréable (remontée des eaux usées) mais ça arrive parfois en Crète).

Cons:

Certains membres du personnel, odieux!
La nourriture, infecte!
Et le dimanche, un Cauchemar! Comme les installations de l’hôtel sont ouvertes à tous (pour une somme modique ou une consommation, vous avez accès aux piscines). la piscine principale se transforme en une sorte d’Ibiza low-cost, sans aucune hygiène ni respect pour les clients.
De plus, l’ambiance est désagréable et malsaine.

За еду ставлю 4 из 10 , им стоит поменять повара , мы чаще ходили кушать в соседнее ресторан Mezes Garden Restaurant и вот именно здесь мы могли вкусно поесть 😁👍

Pros:

It was at the seaside, the bar, close to Malia center, food (everyday there wad a fish course as well, and salats, fruits, and 1 home made dessert), view from the big balcony. Bads were very confortable, bathroom was very clean. I recommend this hotel.

Kedves személyzet, mindenki beszél angolul. Finom ételek, bőséges választék. Makulátlan tisztaság a szálláshelyen és környezetében is.

Cons:

A konditermet kicsit későn nyitják ki, reggel 8 órakor, ezért reggeli előtt nem sok idő van edzeni. A teremben nincs sem légkondi, sem ventilátor.

Lage vom Hotel einfach nur Schön! Zimmer gemütlich und so sauber, Terassen Ausblick wunderschön, Pool Area schön groß-bequem und ausreichende Liegen, Bar & Restaurant Lecker und Preislich völlig in ordnung direkt am Meer, Rutschen Kostenfrei für Hotelgäste und Der Service wunderbar sei es Rezeption oder Bar.

Rezeptionistinen richtig freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Buffet nicht das beste aber akzeptabel und liegen am strand nur mit aufpreis. Jedoch kann man sich nicht beklagen🤷‍♀️

Hôtel parfait, cosy, très bien situé à 5mn à pied du centre ville animé de Malia, le personnel du bar situé entre la piscine et la plage très sympathique et aux petits soins, leurs cocktails et la restauration très bons, les transats de la piscine très confortables, DJ et musique dans la journée très festif cela nous a plu

Déçus, les buffets petits déjeuners et dîner n' étaient pas qualitatifs, ce n' est pas le fait que ce soit un petit buffet mais très basique, peu de spécialités crétoises même pas un coin "grillades" proposées, cela ressemblait plus à une cantine ou self-service

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ όμορφο, λειτουργικό, πεντακάθαρο, όχι μόνο αυτό αλλά και οι περιβάλλοντες χώροι που καθαρίζονταν επισταμένα κάθε μέρα. Η πισίνα ήταν πεντακάθαρη και υπήρχαν πολύ περισσότερες παροχές από όσες περίμενα να έχω. Το πρωινό επίσης ήταν πολύ καλό, με πολλές επιλογές δημητριακών και προϊόντα ολικής άλεσης.

Cons:

Το φαγητό στον μπουφέ ήταν μέτριο. Η ποιότητα ήταν κατώτερη σε σχέση με την συνολική ποιότητα του καταλύματος. Συγκεκριμένα, θα ήθελα πιο φρέσκα λαχανικά στις σαλάτες του βραδινού.

Zdecydowanie polecam, bardzo ładny, zadbany hotel, przy samej plaży;
Pros:

Czyste pokoje, bardzo zadbany teren zielony wokół hotelu, super lokalizacja - piękne widoki, zadbany basen, wszędzie bardzo czysto, wygodne leżaki przy basenie. Dobre jedzenie, tylko za mało expresów do kawy przy których była zawsze kolejka, Naprawdę widać że personel stara się aby wszystko było w porządku, bardzo miłe uśmiechnięte Panie pokojówki,
Super miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi.

Cons:

muzyka gra za głośno przy basenie, fajnie jest jak coś wpada w ucho ale często było za głośno. Powinny też być jakieś przerwy w muzyce nie każdemu to odpowiada że cały czas coś gra; jeżeli przyjeżdżasz aby się zrelaksować i masz hotel przy samej plaży to super jest słuchać szumu fal a nie zagłuszającej wszystko muzyki ,
Szkoda też że trzeba płacić za leżaki na plaży;
Zjeżdżalnie dla dzieci nie są czynne cały czas; a po 5 zjazdach strój córki był podarty,
