A well appointed hotel with wonderful staff, very clean and tidy with a lovely pool and outdoor area, unfortunately some
Pros:

Very clean, well presented, lovely outdoor space including a wonderful pool. Very good value for money and situated amongst lots of cafes and places to eat.

Cons:

Walls were a little thin and noise from other guests was very apparent. There was a lot of motorbike traffic on the street which could be heard all through the night.

Pros:

Le lieu est très propre, très bien situé dans la vieille ville, le personnel est hyper accueillant et d'une réelle gentillesse.

La chambre est spacieuse, la literie est confortable et propre.

La posizione nella zona storica di Chiang Mai, lo staff gentile

Cons:

Colazione molto basica, poca scelta in particolare dolce. Molti problemi con il sonno. I galli fuori dall’albergo rumorosi e terribile rumore, almeno al quarto piano, della pompa dell’acqua per quanto ci è stato spiegato. I tappi per le orecchie mitigano solo in parte il problema

Very nice location, walking distance.
Pros:

Great location , most staff was friendly. Clean room.

Cons:

The toilet was really narrow to sit. Bathroom was small. Breakfast not used. We went out for. Was cheaper.

Die Rezeptionistin am Nachmittag war immer so freundlich hat uns viele nützliche Tips gegeben und uns auch gefragt was wir unternommen haben etc.

Nella zona più tranquilla della vecchia Chiang Mai

E' una buona scelta, perché nuovo e pulito, e perché posto in una posizione strategica (la zona più tranquilla e autentica della città vecchia). Sono tornato dopo un anno e il giudizio è un po' cambiato. Le fotografie continuano a non essere attendibili. La colazione è migliorata, ma sempre poco varia e curata. Il personale non si è mostrato particolarmente cortese. La camera - diversa dalla precedente - era gradevole ma nulla più.

Cons:

Personale non particolarmente simpatico ed efficiente. Ho segnalato che il telecomando del condizionatore non funzionava (forse solo per le batterie scariche), ma non si è intervenuto.

Great location and the balconies were good. Nice air conditioning to keep the rooms cold .

Breakfast was average but you can pre ordered fresh food like egg and French toast and soup which was very tasty.
