Perfect hotel, highlight of our Europen holiday.
Pros:

We liked everything, the room was huge with a great balcony view of the pool & beach, the pools are lovely, the beach access is perfect, the all inclusive meals and drinks was a hit with my family, the Greek night on Wednesday was a highlight.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like.

We had a wonderful holiday 😊
Pros:

We had a wonderful time. The accommodation is in a perfect location - just 100 metres from the beach, 50 metres from a small supermarket, and the main pedestrian street is only a 5-minute walk away. Simply perfect.

Every single member of staff was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful.

We will definitely be returning guests.

Cons:

This is not the hotel’s fault, but it is worth mentioning that the walls are quite thin, and unfortunately not every guest knows how to behave considerately in a hotel. Because of this, not every night was as restful as we would have liked.

Pros:

very friendly staff. The room was of a very decent size for a family of 4. food was of good choice and variation. the pool area was clean and with sufficient space.

Cons:

the sun beds at the beach were unfortunately not belonging to the hotel and had to be paid extra.

Wir waren sowohl von der Idylle des Hotels als auch vom freundlichen Personal sehr begeistert. Es wurde auf alle Wünsche eingegangen. Das Essen war super und sehr abwechslungsreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Pros:

Konumu kesinlikle otelin en güzel özelliği sahilin hemen yanında olması ve denize doğrudan ulaşabilmek bizim için harikaydı. Her şey dahil konsepti oldukça rahattı ve yemekleri genel olarak lezzetliydi. Otelin konumu sayesinde hem denizin hem de çevredeki restoran, bar ve diğer olanakların keyfini kolayca çıkarabildik. Genel olarak keyifli ve güzel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık.

Cons:

Banyodan zaman zaman kanalizasyon gideri benzeri oldukça yoğun bir koku gelmesi bizi rahatsız etti. Bunun dışında odanın temizliği ve konforu iyiydi. Bu küçük detaylar dışında otelle ilgili genel deneyimimiz olumluydu.

Our final evening at this hotel was extremely distressing and I ended up being threatened with death.

What began as a disagreement regarding a parking space escalated into a very serious incident. I understood that I was not allowed to park in that particular area, so I immediately moved my car and parked outside the hotel, especially as the hotel did not provide parking for its guests.

When I returned to the hotel and entered the reception area to go back to my room, the same staff member continued insulting and swearing at me. The situation then escalated further, and he became physically aggressive and attempted to fight me. Other members of the hotel staff had to intervene. During the incident, I was also threatened with death. The exact words used were: “I will put you under the ground.”

What was particularly concerning was the response afterward. I was told, in effect, that I was lying and the hotel denied that the staff member had threatened my life. This was extremely upsetting, especially given the seriousness of what had happened. I contacted the police because I wanted the incident to be properly documented. The events also took place in areas covered by the hotel’s CCTV, so there is independent footage of what occurred. The hotel cannot deny the incident. If they do so, they have to prove it by showing the footage.

I was a paying guest at this hotel, and I never expected to find myself in a situation where I would feel threatened by a member of the hotel’s own staff. I have travelled and stayed in many hotels, and I have never experienced anything comparable.

Unfortunately, there were also significant problems with the hotel itself. The property was very old, poorly maintained, and not sufficiently clean. On our first day, we found hair in the shower and various residues on the bathroom tiles. These issues immediately raised concerns about the standard of cleanliness. The food, location, family room and swimming pool

Cons:

The tiled floors around the swimming pool were dangerously slippery. My toddler slipped and cut his chin open. He also fell and banged the back of his head.

The room was a disaster, there were cobwebs hanging from our ceiling fan in the bathroom, the grout in the shower was dirty, there were dead bugs on the wall and curtain curtains and the room reeked of sewage.

“The hotel itself is in a beautiful location, but unfortunately, it is quite neglected and poorly maintained. The staff were not particularly friendly, with the exception of the girls working at the bar, who were lovely and very welcoming.
The food was very repetitive, with almost the same dishes being served every day, only with minor changes. Food left over from lunch was also served again at dinner. Breakfast was particularly disappointing and, in my opinion, the worst part was the drinks. All of the soft drinks had a strong chlorine taste and smell, which was extremely unpleasant.”
