Rooms are a bit dark and outdated.
Great location, staff was very nice and welcoming
Los ambientes del hotel
Todo estuvo bien
Muy bonito. Y acogedor. El personal muy amable
Deberían evaluar modernizar los baños
Os funcionários foram muito solícitos, a limpeza foi impecável e a localização era excelente.
Great location. The room is ok , basic but can’t ask for more for the price really . Cold showers everyday as never managed to get it warm even when I only had the hot tap running .
Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the volcano was nice .
The staff weren’t too friendly, literally only got a hello and goodbye from them
The whole stay . Even when I asked questions about directions to places or recommendations they didn’t seem interested so I just used Google .
You have to ring the doorbell every time you come back , which was fine most of the times but one evening we came back around midnight and the receptionist was asleep , we could see her through the window . We stood outside in the cold for about 20 mins .
The shower never got warm
This was a great hotel. The Staff were very friendly, Rooms were clean and breakfest buffet was decent with a great rooftop view.
This is a cute, boutique hotel. The sunsets are amazing. The top floor used for breakfast has an amazing view of the city. The staff were great. Breakfast was ample.
There's a little drain located right under the main entrance door, so you may get wet feet/shoes before you enter the building if you don't see it. I thought it was odd, the first thing that came to my mind was whether it was sewer water.. Our room was next to a room where the light was on all night and they watched the local news loudly at 5 AM. We thought this might be a staff room.
