Номер не соответствовал брони (ни по размеру, ни по наполнению).
Обратившись на ресепшн, проблема не была устранена (сообщили, что руководство будет завтра, завтра и обращайтесь). Оформила письменную претензию, спустя несколько часов предложили поменять номер на соответствующий брони по размеру номера. Заявленной в брони кровати размера King Size в новом номере также не было. Решили остаться в старом номере.
В номере проживания: плесень в ванной комнате, скрипучий, уставший ламинат, пастельное белье драное.
Номер на 6 этаже, а куллер на 1!!!
Великолепное расположение, всего 300 метров до метро «Фрунзенская».
В номерах чисто, уютно, за окнами спокойно. Находится комфортно и приятно. Есть стиральные и сушильные машины (цена за пользование 50₽), к ним порошок и софтнер прилагаются, утюг, гладильная доска - всё в прачечной (9 этаж). На пятом этаже имеется простенький спортзал, не для занятий, скорее для разминки.
Рядом с отелем (и имеет отдельный вход для постояльцев прям из отеля) расположен хороший сетевой ресторан бельгийского пива с очень вкусной едой.
На ресепшене хорошо обученные, вежливые ребята и аквариум с черепахами для ожидающих :-)
Впечатления от отеля отличные, номер чистый, уютный, всё необходимое было в номере, минус отсутствие вытяжки в ванной комнате и последние сутки отсутствовала горячая вода ( после звонка в лобби сообщили об аварии на котельной )

숙소 위치는 중심지에서 지하철로 15분 정도 걸리고, 천천히 걸어서 1시간 정도 거리입니다. 중심지에 아주 가까이에 있는 걸 크게 선호하지 않고 중요하게 생각하지 않아서 위치는 적당했습니다. 시설이나 청결도는 당연히 특급호텔급은 아니지만 양호하였습니다. 대신 녹물이 정말 너무 심해요ㅠㅠ꼭 녹물 필터 챙겨가셔야 합니다..

Каждую ночь (3) в 2 часа приходил сосед, дышал Мебель, включал вытяжку, телевизор, чем-то грохотал, готовил еду, потом все утихало. Понятно, что у человека поздня работа или что-то ещё..Вывод - плохая шумоизоляция.
Two twin beds put together in the room, kept on sliding aways constantly. Moving the beds back in to place was heard by two surrounding 2 floors. The entire time in this hotel you can hear people sliding their beds back together. Discrace, unacceptable!
Уже не первый раз останавливаюсь в Вертикали и всегда остаюсь доволен. Есть всё необходимое. Аккуратно, красивые виды во все стороны. Всем рекомендую.

Staff were lovely - very helpful but in a relaxed way . Rooms are small but very well appointed , and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and varied each day .
Very nice and comfortable hotel.. Only minus was no hot water for our first two nights because of some maintenance work on the street.. Close to metro and easy to use.
