It has a clean room and quiet.
hotel place is great and very near to red square and arbat avenue👍
restaurant and super market is near the hotel and you can walk to go there.
Service is good but I think you should ask till received . and I enjoyed being there.
Staff are nice and kind.

My go-to hotel in Moscow now for a few years. Excellent location and comfortable.

Хорошее расположение отеля, рядом с Арбатом и Красной площадью, комфортный номер, завтраки это сеты, сами по себе вкусные и хорошие порции, но не понравилось что нельзя заменить какое-то блюдо в выбранном сете на блюдо из другого сета, например если не ешь мясо и тд, персонал на завтраке мог бы быть более гибким в этом плане.

Отель находится в 300 м от Красной площади, в 200 метрах от Арбата, в тихом переулке. Для прогулок по городу идеальный вариант. К тому же с предложенной ценой вдвойне приятно. Завтрак не брали, так как при бронировании была огромная разница. Голодными с утра не останетесь, вокруг много заведений, кулинарии, кофейни. Комната стилизована под старину, с очень удобными матрацами и тяжёлым одеялом, это большой плюс.

Регистрация заезда - быстро, профессионально. Дежурные на ресепшен - очень гостеприимны и готовы помочь по возникающим вопросам (забытая в номере карта, печать посадочных талонов перед отлетом, хранение багажа после времени выезда).
Удобный доступ в номер по электронному ключу-карте.
В номере довольно уютно, под рукой все необходимое, светло: кроме верхнего света есть еще множество дополнительных торшеров-светильников. Матрас, одеяло и постельное белье - отлично, высыпаешься на ура! Чайник, бутилированная вода, чай, сладости - в номере, кулер с водой - в коридоре. Халат, тапочки, зубная щетка/паста, гель, шампунь и т.п - приятного качества.
WiFi есть, но рассчитывать на него особенно не стоит, скорость никакая :(
Отдельно отмечу завтраки, интересные сеты вместо шведского стола: успел попробовать два из трех. Оригинально, вкусно, обильно. Обслуживание за завтраком быстрое, ресторан внутри самой гостиницы.
Расположение отеля между Арбатом и Красной площадью стало решающим при выборе места, где остановиться.
Считаю, для всех описанных плюсов - цена вполне приемлема, готов вернуться сам и порекомендовать другим, как место где удобно остановиться, как в деловых поездках, так и туристам.

Отель в целом очень понравился!
Из положительного: нельзя не отметить великолепное расположение. Пешком 7 минут до Красной площади, метро - 2 минуты. И в целом, район отличный! Очень быстрое заселение и выселение. Завтраки просто отличные.
Из отрицательного: плохие розетки и слабый WiFi. Пожалуй на этом всё

4th floor room at mansard one irregular wall very dangerous. You can break your head. No voice isolation. Next door neighbour knocked the wall when I was on the phone

Расположение отеля лучше и придумать нельзя, стандартный номер большой по площади, светлый, но есть моменты, которые оставили негативные впечатления:
- никакой шумоизоляции дверей, очень слышно все, что происходит за пределами номера в отеле
- в номере в какой-то момент стал коротить автомат с счетчиками (находится над дверью под потолком), на звонок не среагировали, даже не зашли в номер узнать что происходит и все ли в порядке. Хотя продолжалось это в течение часа. Свет то вырубало то включало, звук замыкания электричества в комнате и искры
- в стандартном номере не предусмотрено обновление воды ( вы серьезно? Стоимость номера более 4000 за сутки, а бутылочка вода за 30-40 рублей не полагается?)
- освещение продумано неудобно, ни в ванной, ни в комнате

Отличный отель. Расположение лучшее. Номера чистые тихие. Кровать удобная. Выбор чая. Мягкие полотенца. Все понравилось.

Location is amazing for this hotel - just a short walk from Red Square and the Kremlin. Staff are friendly and speak in good English. Rooms are reasonably comfortable with adequate storage space. Hygiene is of a good standard also. I must note that the rooms are uncomfortably hot. And I don’t mean warm, I mean actually hot - I’m sure it was at least 30 degrees despite the temperature being below zero.
I actually had to sleep with only very light clothing and no covers - something I have never done before - even during mid summer in East Asia. In my room there seemed to be no way to regulate the radiator or air conditioning (air con was actually switched off with no remote). After a while I got simply fed up with the hot room, that I opened the windows to regulate the temperature. I would like to have opened the windows at night, but the sound of traffic was too great. On the plus side, at least I know the soundproofing is good haha.
WiFi was so-so, it worked most times on iPhone but never on the iPad. Strange. The instructions on the safe were not the actual sae operation making it hard to operate.
I would stay again. Mainly citing the great location for the price.
I opted not to have breakfast, so can't comment on this.
Overall, I would again stay here - mostly due to the location and comfort of this hotel

Hyper bien situé par rapport aux visites prévues - Metro à proximité -

The hotel is situated in the center of Moscow - just around 1 km to the Red Square. It is center but quiet and safe. There is a minimart next door and a bigger supermarket close by. The hotel is small but adequate. We stayed at the Premium Double Room which is comfortable. The aircon works in Oct but not too cold - just ok to sleep. The bathroom is ok with hot water and amenity. The staff speaks good English and can give advice to us. We booked airport pick-ups and it was smooth. Breakfast is not buffet but you can order 4 things from the menu which is adequate but we find it boring after 2 days, so we skip it on the 3rd day eventually. Would appreciate it if the male waiter can smile and be a bit more friendly. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Excellent location, very friendly staff - thank you Ekaterina and Katya . Speedy check in. Our bedroom was on the 3 rd floor,accessible by lift. Large and comfortable. Bathroom was well appointed. All spotlessly clean. If you like to use a bar of soap - bring it with you as there is liquid soap only.Breakfast was good - served in the cafe just off the reception area. The location for is absolutely superb, short walk to Kremlin, red square and metro. City map available in reception. Small little sitting area in reception and beer is available to purchase.
We booked through Expedia - rate was good. We also booked the transfer- it was about €50 , we felt it was worth it after 2 flights. It was a minibus and took about 1 hour 20 mins from Domodedovo airport. The only reason it is not getting 5 stars is the water in the shower was cold the first morning we were there. Would stay again.
