A friendly welcome in a central location in Tarragona.
Pros:

As a solo female traveller, I was a bit concerned about staying in a room with an external bathroom, I normally only book en-suite rooms, but I was encouraged by the many positive reviews. It turned out to be a lovely stay in a very friendly establishment, with kind and helpful staff. The room was clean, comfortable, and a decent size, and the personal shower room was almost next door. There was a common room with a fridge, dining table and coffee machine, which meant I didn't have to eat out all the time, and was also able to cross paths with other travellers. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tarragona.

Cons:

It's probably worth mentioning that there isn't air-conditioning in the rooms, however the ceiling fan did a good job of keeping things cool in early June.

Excellent stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tarragona. I plan to return.
Pros:

Well-maintained, clean, and quiet hotel in a good location. Short walking distance to all of Tarragona's tourist sites, the beach, shopping, and many, many restaurants. Excellent staff, who were supportive and helpful and spoke multiple languages, including, Catalon, English, Spanish, French, Italian, and Portuguese.

Cons:

No air conditioning in the room, however, the fans worked well.

Bien ubicado cerca del casco histórico
Tenes un espacio común para poder prepararte el desayuno o alguna comida, con una heladera donde podes guardar lo que quieras.

Hotel Pigal in Tarragona.
Pros:

The helpfulness of the staff and pleasant, relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel, particularly the dining room and its facilities.

Cons:

No chair in the room or tea/coffee making facilities in the room. We were happy and comfortable with everything else.
