El hotel y su personal, fabulosos. Los espacios comunes con facilidades para alimentación y trabajo son un plus. Una casa en Tarragona !.
Absolutely wonderful hotel in a fantastic location in Tarragona. Everything is close by, so it was very easy to get around. The staff were excellent, always kind, helpful and welcoming. You can really feel that the people working here care about the guests. I truly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel

Amazing and helpful staff
Good location, easy walk to bus and regional train stations, the harbour and the seaside and the old town. Friendly staff. Well appreciated access to hot water, tea, microwave and toaster on the first floor. Clean. Overall good place, especially on off season price.
Having to push a knob every few seconds to keep water flowing is a nuisance. 3 seconds are not enough time to wash hands properly. Leaning on the knob keeps water flowing continuously in shower, but still annoying and also pointless. There is no hand soap, have to use the small shower gel / shampoo bottle; not a high point for hygene. Noise from the street from late night revellers. Not terribly warm, had to sleep with two blankets, luckily available.
