Great place, poorly taken care for
Pros:

Nice and modern building, seaview. Nice terrace.
Walking distance to beautiful beaches of Finika, Fanos and Italida, and there is a hop-on hop-off little boat from those beaches to go to farther beaches

Cons:

Poor overall maintenance, property looks untidy, there is left over construction materials, abandoned boats on the unit. Garden is not taken care for at all. There are no lights on the corridors with steps, require a flashlight to get to room. Garden is not taken care for on the unit, particularly one plant blocking Seaview.
Pool furniture is dirty and broken.
Kids of the manager playing on the pool loudly, or football agains the walls.
Property has potential but it is not well taken care for. Expensive two night stay, much more than the value received.

Ingen staff som går rundt og fikser eller rydder, ingen som jobber der kun en dame inne i resepsjonen. Rotete, ødelagte ting, solsenger som er revnet og skitne. SÅ utrolig bra potensiale om de bare la det lille ekstra inn for å vedlikeholde og rydde, og ikke minst ha noen som er hyggelige og gjestfrie. De burde ikke hete hotel, mer som studios. Det virket som om det bodde en familie der som ikke tok hensyn til gjestene. Det var ingen mulighet til å kjøpe noe mat, drikke eller snacks. Rommene var små, ikke noe knagger eller hyller på badet. heller ikke vask. det var vask med sengen. Bare mange småting som gjorde at det ikke var praktisk. Skulle ønsket meg Bedre service, mulighet for å kjøpe mat og drikke. De kunne hatt noen som rydder og fikser ila dagen på fellesområdene, pool towels, fikse ødelagte solsenger og rense dem. Syntes ikke de kvalifiserer til å kalle seg et hotel. mer som studios. Dyrt mtp va man fikk tilbake

A perfect choice to explore Koufonisia
Pros:

The hotel is in a quiet location just a short walk from the chora, a transfer service from the port is available. Our room was very spacious and clean with comfortable beds and a beautiful balcony with sea view. The staff was always very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom is very modern and clean, but doesn't offer much privacy.

La posizione è ottima e ci hanno offerto il transfer da e per il porto! La camera in generale era ok!

Cons:

Il bagno non era un granché, poco comodo! Le persiane cigolavano terribilmente e facevano fatica ad aprirsi e chiudersi. Bar della piscina sempre chiuso e non c’era niente da mangiare, se non un distributore automatico.
Prezzo veramente troppo alto per l’offerta.

Room was very small bathroom was more or less in the bedroom and the diffuser was extra strong . No breakfast not even a coffee to buy water was in a vending machine . Sun beds were dirty and ripped and pool pump wasn’t working . Owners child and pals were very loud and had a huge boat in the pool . It was very expensive in comparison to other hotels on the island .
