For starters, the staff here are excellent. And the hotel is kept quite clean. There are other inconsistencies, however. If you need wifi in your room, it is hit and miss for no apparent reason. For emergencies, there is always wifi in the reception area. I was there for 3 nights. I had hot water for two mornings but not the third. You have to run the shower for some time. The menu for the restaurant is limited and much of what is on the menu is not available. Having said that, I did not have a bad meal there. If you can put up with the odd hiccup, not a bad place to stay.

This is a bad hotel. They do not accept credit cards or change money. At the end of my stay, i realised they dont know about Hotel.com and they didnt believe me i had already paid. I talked to the manager who was clueless and had to contact his IT person (whom i believe never came back to him) I have to call Hotel.com to help me (ten minutes long distance call). There really isnt a shower, just a bucket for you to step in. There is no hot water, because nobody bothers turning the boiler on (you have to go to the reception to ask them to do it). Also, not much light in the bathroom (hence the poor quality of the picture). The restaurant takes about one hour to fix anything you ask, and you cant charge the bill to your room. Because i took the hotel key with me, they never came into the room to clean it. And finally, they have something of a church going on in the hotel, so every afternoon you can hear the service from your room. I do understand it is a budget hotel, but that doesnt justify the absolute lack of customer service.
