Ein entzûckendes kl.
.Hotel,sehr zentral gelegen,wirklich nett dort.
Etwas schwierige "Park Situation" für Autos. Sollte im Vorfeld besser erklärt werden,damit man sich darauf einstellen kann. Auch das es einen "Park Service" vom Hotel gibt, sollte erwähnt werden,denn es wird in der Hauptsaison sicher noch schwieriger!

Could not fault hotel
Like? Things went great from the minute you are greeted by staff. They were very helpful with info and recommendation/reservations that really fit with what we were looking for. They helped us sort out our stay during rainy days and we appreciate their efforts.
The room was excellent. We slept well and felt very taken care of.
Super location in old town. A walk along the seawall was a daily pleasure.
Breakfast was excellent and the staff really made for a pleasant start to the day.
Car park was super simple.

Good breakfast, pleasant location
Greeting was cold. Two young women stared rudely at my wife and said nothing. Quite unpleasant. Then, the key to our room door was hard to use--I had to get staff to come to my room twice to open it. No offer made to fix the lock or move us to another room. And we had no hot water from our arrival evening until the afternoon of the next day. The staff said the hot water heater needed to he repaired and they'd call the next morning. A mechanic must have come and fixed it, because we dud have hot water by the afternoon, but the staff told us around 9:30 that we'd have hot water in about an hour, so we waited and tried again, but it was barely tepid, so we gave up and tried again late afternoon.

La propiedad es muy linda, nueva, cómoda y está muy bien ubicada. Todo muy limpio. Tiene ascensor. El desayuno es muy rico y completo. El personal muy atento. Fuimos en automóvil y tienen la posibilidad de llegar hasta unos metros del hotel, y luego un valet parking se ocupa de guardar el auto y de traértelo cuando te retiras.

The breakfast was a bit under our expectation. Americano coffee was included, but not really good. In the land of great coffee culture an Espresso coffee should be included and served.
Great location for our purpose. Centrally located. Shower was great!
Parking was a little difficukt to figure out. Valet was good after we figured out what to do and we didn't need the car during our stay.
