Wonderful stay , great food in town . Martina should get a raise.
Pros:

Trapani is beautiful and so is this hotel. Location is great. Rooms are spotless and everything was perfect. I have to mention that the front desk staff , Martina , is a real gem . Speaks English and Spanish , was very accommodating and gave us great restaurant recommendations. I would come back in a heartbeat just for the great staff service.

Cons:

Parking is valet and not close.

Wirklich sehr schönes und geschmackvolle Hotel im Herzen der Altstadt. Zimmer geräumig mit einer Art Vorraum! Schönes und großzügiges Badezimmer, sehr gute Betten. Frühstücksbuffet für 13 EUR in Ordnung, aber - wie in Italien üblich- sehr süßlastig.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Un ancien palace transformé en hôtel, une belle réalisation. Le personnel est très apprécié et attentionné.
L’hôtel est très bien situé, le centre-ville est proche et on peut tout de à pied.
Seul petit souci, l’hôtel est difficile à trouver et à rejoindre en voiture à caution des tous petits passages et rues très très étroites.

Awesome stay - would highly recommend!
Pros:

Beautiful room, great breakfast, staff were exceptional and the location was excellent for all activities in Tripani. Martina on the front desk was amazing with her restaurant recommendations!

Cons:

It took a bit long to get the car from valet but other than that it was all fantastic

Nice for Trapani
Pros:

Nice hotel, clean and modernized and pretty good for Trapani. Valet service was much appreciated as parking is a challenge in Trapani. Decent breakfast (for Italian breakfasts).

Cons:

The room is not soundproof. Luckily our room did not face any traffic but we could hear everything from the room next door - it was not a problem for us but other travelers might want to bring ear plugs.

It’s an okay place to stay
Pros:

Our room looked nice
The bed was comfortable once we added the pad from the closet

Cons:

The A/C didn’t work
We asked several times to get it fixed but never happened
Could not open windows because of all the smoke from cigarettes
