Доброжелательные сотрудники. Очень большие номера. 10 минут ходьбы от метро.

Прекрасный отель, который находиться на втором этаже дореволюционного здания. Сразу произвёл огромное впечатление своим центральным месторасположением! Большие светлые очень чистые комнаты, новый ремонт, удобная кровать и подушки, вместительный шкаф для вещей, хороший напор воды в душе. В комнатах выдержан стиль всего здания, в подъезде витражи и камин в холле.
Приветливый персонал, можно приобрести завтрак.

Et lite, stille hotel med stor sjel. Flott beliggenhet - til fots til nesten alle severdigheter. Hyggelige, hjelpsomme ansatte. God, enkel frokost. Anbefales på det sterkeste !

We (couple + child) spent four nights in hotel Abajour. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, with a view on the Fontanka river. We stayed in a room with a double bed and a sofa bed. The everyday cleaning was impeccable.
The metro station (Zvenigorodskaya/Pushkinskaya) is only five minutes walk from the hotel. There are super markets, a book store, Tula samovar shop, and several restaurants nearby. Vitebsk railway station is 15-20 minutes away on foot.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They worried about our son's appetite for breakfast and specially made pancakes for him. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. We will definitely stay at this hotel the next time we come to Saint Petersburg.

The apartment was centrally located near subway station and within walking distance to many attractions. Close to restaurants and the staff were amazing, able to do anything you ask.

Friendly staff and great service. Staff were able organise a airport transfer to pick us up from the airport at 1.00am with any problems

I like the atmosphere at the hotel very much. It felt like I’m visiting friends. Very cozy, home like environment. Lioved the hotel and the staff there!

I stayed with my wife and 2 children. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and organized daily. The breakfast was good. The staff doesn’t speak English but used an online translator to communicate with me, the language was never a barrier. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was pretty good. kind services, nice breakfast, large room, classic mood! But the places for sightseeing were not so close.. recommendable for adults anyway.

Otřesný vstup do domu, špatné označení a popis hotelu, na zvonku špatný popis, hotel v prvním poschodí, jinak označeno. " Hotel " - to se opravdu takto nazvat nedá. Je to bývalý byt ( na každém patře jsou 2 byty) Byt je rozdělen na 6 pokojů, každý má samostatnou koupelnu + WC, dlouhá chodba pro všechny společná + recepce. Kuchyňka pro všechny. Za 4 noci se ani jednou neuklidilo, pro čisté ručníky jsme si chodili. Naštěstí vyšlo počasí, tak jsme nic neřešili. Každopádně se zde anglicky nemluví, jak se píše. Určitě bych nedoporučila.

お部屋はとても広く綺麗に保たれていました。今回はスタンダードダブルリバービューを予約したのですが、お部屋の説明項目に「バスタブまたはシャワー」となっていたので、別途施設にバスタブのリクエストをいれたところ、このカテゴリーにはバスタブはついていないとの回答でした。英語の誤訳なのかもしれませんが、シャワーオンリーならばそのように表記していただきたいと思いました。

Не первый раз останавливаемся и ещё приедем. Очень нравится отель, на все недочёты можно закрыть глаза, в отзывах они слегка преувеличены, не так все страшно)

It was amazing to stay this accommodation , all the staff is very helpful , 24 hour service , have kitchen , have heater , have lift , beautiful room , near by everything , in front of Fontanka river , I will love to stay here every time I will come at Petersburg , love it

They help many things about our travel.

I wanted a place away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to the main sites. I wanted space and comfort and thats exactly what I got. The staff were friendly and helpful and we got on great.
