Clean, nice room, comfortable bed, and a great location from where I was headed.

Good atmosphere, clean, quite and great location to nearby neighborhood that ain't downtown. 6 minutes walk from the blue and green line that take you to downtown. I love staying here every year I visit Chicago.

Very nice and clean, the workers were very nice and very very helpful, I had car problems and Carlos went out of his way and helped me, I wouldn’t have been able to drive 5 hours home without his help.

Staff were all very accommodating...location is good for Blue line service and also close to the United Center.
Not a lot of restaurant food choices within walking distance.
My room was clean and comfortable. And most of the staff was really friendly. My favorites were Jean and Abraham.
For 2 nights my tv wasn't working. It kept saying it was offline. I was not expecting for most of my stay that I would be sitting in silence unless my phone was charged up for me to watch something on it. When I went downstairs to ask about it I was interrupted before I could finish the question and was not told if they were currently fixing it or how long it would take to fix it.
