The hotel room did not look like the picture that was advertised on booking.com. The hotel room looked very low rated. The shower floor inside the bathroom was dirty. They hotel wanted 100 deposit damage fee fir the two days I was staying there and fir the costs of the room I paid $261 for and there was no complementary breakfast included. It's not what I expected.
Location was great for the United center. Didn’t realize breakfast until last day. Was not discussed at check in.
Wish more restaurants nearby in walking distance.
Location close to United Center. Came for the Big Ten basketball tournament. Friendly and responsive staff!
Construction outside just outside my room started at 7 am, which seemed very early. Could not sleep in.
Some smell of urine in the 2 floor hallway and one time there were several small garbage bags lining the hallway.
felt cozy, small rooms but felt like a home.
they are currently fixing up something next door so it was loud but it is the city.
I love hotel Chicago cause you don’t have to be 21 to check in that’s the best part & its soooo super quiet & convenient the prices are always right everything is always everything when I go there to get away for 24 hrs !
I had a great stay there. It was a very clean, very clean hotel and the workers were very nice and polite.
Maybe if the ones were a little bigger

Location and comfortable beds
Charged us $30 per room for arriving early - even though the rooms were ready and available. Front desk staff were a bit meh.
I liked the closeness to target and other stores needed for essential items and food.
The customer service wasnt special, the beds were extremely small and uncomfortable, the room personally wasn't in the best condition and the charge of an additional $50 per night in addition to taxes and the room is unnecessary. There should be a Fee for damages listed in the policy that specifies this. So being at the front desk checking in and having to pay an additional $150 out of pocket for damages for a room that was already litterd with damaged items irritated me.
The room smells like hemp weed
