Great value in safe neighborhood
Pros:

The value was great, and the neighborhood is totally safe. I was nervous before arrival but was pleasantly surprised and less intimidated about taking public transit to UIC.

Cons:

There was a touch of dust between the bed and the wall that I saw because the plugs are kind of hidden. It was also a little bright when I was trying to sleep between the door, microwave, and alarm clock. Small stuff.

Pros:

Has a small parking lot but I was able to get a parking pass for my entire stay, convenient location to nearby things. United Center was 10 mins away, subway was easy to get to. Didn't even use the car my whole stay. Staff was so friendly and helpful with questions. Room got so cold at night and the beds and pillows were amazing! My bf was obsessed with their coffee machine.

Cons:

Doesn't apply, i loved staying at this hotel.

SCAM
Pros:

Microwave and mini fridge

Cons:

They tried to scam me and charge my card the day I'm leaving. When my room was paid in full 5 days before arriving to the location and that was stated to me on arrival. Thankful i had my card locked. When confronting the front desk the manager ignored the situation (sitting in ear shot) and the clerk gave an excuse and blaming booking, which i had them on the phone. She couldn't figure out a good enough excuse to give me on why they tried it. And offered me a free pop for teething to scan me. I half proof they tried to charge it my last day hours before check out. And the bathroom sink leaked when turned on and shower head coming out of the wall. Construction right outside the window everyday at 7am.

Definitely Recommend
Pros:

The staff are all very nice, and helpful! Plus, the location being a few minute walk from the United Center makes it the perfect spot for shows or events!

Cons:

The rooms are a little small, but for the price, it was very comfortable

A very clean and efficient stay near a great sporting event that was reasonably priced.
Cons:

Really appreciated not being priced hiked too bad by the event I was attending. Approximate location made it very enjoyable

Yeah, it was close to the venue that I was going to

Cons:

The staff was extremely rude. I left my sunglasses in the room when I tried to go back to get them. They tried to say they were in the room so now I’m just missing a pair of 300 dollar glasses
