The rooms were clean, very spacious and the fact that the tub is in the same enclosure as the shower is great because my toddler was able to splash in the tub as much as he wanted to and I didn’t have to worry about the entire bathroom getting drenched

It’s a very unique hotel, love the decor, almost like a boutique hotel. I was shocked at the location at first in a small almost alley but after a day I was very pleased at how close everything is, there are a couple whole in the wall restaurants and a wonderful coffee bar/ cafe right down the street. So Thailand!! I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful Chiang Mai experience! Price was very reasonable
First off, I just want to say my girlfriend was mad at me for picking this property mostly because of location-she'd lived in Chiang Mai for many years and knew the area. I honestly was impressed by the property, as it was clean and modern and the staff was very attentive and helpful. We got our room and although it was clean and modern, it had a loft bedroom. My knee was injured and I was unable to access the bedroom without much pain going up the stairs. I called the front desk and asked if they had any rooms with a bedroom on the first floor of the unit. They said they were pretty booked up, but there was an executive suite and they could offer it to us for an additional expense. I mentioned I had a knee injury and they said they'd call me back. When they called me back, they offered it to me without an upcharge and I was elated! My knee was happy to :) The manager had changed her mind after realizing I had a knee injury and potentially would not be able to sleep in the bedroom-she made the decision to help and offer a much nicer suite at no extra cost. This made my stay the best it could be and I want to highly recommend this property because of the nice manager and staff that put my well being first over making an additional profit. This is the Thai way, being nice and having a huge heart for us travelers. Thank you for taking care of me when I really needed it! Thank you!!

This is an excellent property in all respects except for the restaurant which has a very limited menu, only a few staff and closed 2 hours early the first night we were there. Other restaurant options require taxi to get there. It is very close to the airport which was why I had selected this hotel.
Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Hotel was well appointed and met all our needs.
We were due to stay for 3 nights in January but had to cancel our whole Thailand trip.
The hotel was not obligated to refund us as it was past a certain date and quite close to arrival time, but they did anyway. We were impressed and would definitely re book if we eventually go to Chiang Mai..

We only stayed one night as we wanted a hotel close to the airport. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and our room was very good and offered everything we needed. There isn't much really close by but the old town is not too far and walkable for most.
Both my wife and I found a mattress hard and uncomfortable. But we only stayed for one night so take it with a grain of salt. Pool area is beautiful and they offer a free child service into the main market areas around the hotel..
it felt like a private oasis for my boyfriend and me. We used the pool a few times, and nobody was there. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. Places are walkable, like 7/11, a 24-hour laundry service called Fluffy's Wash and Dry, and lots of cute and delicious cafes nearby. I recommend Fernpresso. Overall, I love this hotel, and I recommend it!
Nice hotel, rooms were large modern and clean. Pool was small but clean. Staff always opening the door to the hotel and greeting us which was nice. Hotel is a little way out from the main area but a short walk or taxi. Road outside hotel was under construction I think due to floods.
The interiors are really nice at a glance but certain parts are not well maintained. For instance, the stair treads were cracking. Mattress was also a bit stiff for my liking. Otherwise the location is quiet and away from the chaos. Service was good
Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Rooms are all new. Stylish with a lovely pool and excellent restaurant. Staff are really friendly and helpful and had several good chats with security people in the middle of night in smoking area using google translate. I enjoyed my stay here.
Main takeaways are excellent bathroom which is all new and excellent breakfast with helpful and polite staff. Plus very well priced!

Very nice hotel but despite having a balcony windows fixed shut. Lovely large room and good AC. Vert clean and good facilities. Kitchen in room was nice but nothing in cupboards to wash dishes or to cook with. Small gym but no free weights which was a disappointment. Small pool area and little cafe was nice. A bit of a trek into town was the biggest drawback. But there was a free shuttle when it was working
