Pros:

Boa localização perto da Fiergs, fácil acesso. Café da manhã com várias opções de pães, bolos e máquina de café com capuccino e chocolate inclusos. O quarto estava limpo, ar condicionado e ventilador de teto funcionando, tinha toalhas limpas, colchão confortável, mantinha limpa e chuveiro a gás bom. Tinha piscina e academia, mas não usei.

Cons:

Peguei um quarto com duas camas de solteiro, uma delas estava com um pé quebrado; não tem box no banheiro, é cortina, então molha um pouco para fora; por fim, achei o cômodo em que serviram o café da manhã um pouco empoeirado.

Cons:

O hotel é péssimo. Tem cheiro de mofo que se sente assim que entra no quarto. Os lençóis estavam repletos de cabelos... Tinha muito pó, a limpeza não é bem feita. Os cobertores não estavam cheirosos.. o chuveiro é fraco. Difícil regular água quente e fria. Além disso, eles tiveram que consertar algo e ficamos um tempo sem água quente. Como tínhamos um casamento e não podíamos esperar, minha filha tomou banho gelado pela ausência de água quente... O café da manhã é uma simples e encontramos talheres sujos, xícaras sujas ... Enfim. As camas são desconfortáveis... O melhor atendente foi o que nos atendeu no café. Foi muito solícito. Mas de resto a estrutura é muito antiga e dá para ver que não tem manutenção.

Os funcionários são bem educados o quarto bem limpo

Cons:

O café da manhã só tem essas opções: salsicha ou pão com queijo e presunto. Achei muito ruim; acredito que foi o pior café da manhã que já vi até hoje.

O Wi-Fi não funciona no quarto. A estrutura não é ruim e o quarto tem uma boa limpeza. Porém, não há tomada ao lado da cama, pelo menos no meu quarto.

Para mim, o que realmente mais incomodou foi a falta de opções no café da manhã. Se você não come salsicha, talvez não seja um bom lugar para se hospedar.
