Хороший отель

Хорошая гостиница. Достойный завтрак, чисто. Швейцар на входе открывает двери ( меня, периодически выходящую покурить, это несколько напрягало- ну, советское у меня воспитание!). Единственное, в номере с двумя кроватями нет розеток. Приходилось выключать лампу у зеркала, чтобы зарядить телефон. Причем в номере с одной двуспальной кроватью розетки есть. В сауну не ходили, времени не хватило, оценит не могу.

Хороший отель с очень плохим рестораном.

con 14 di temp esterna no riscaldamento ne A/C.
Scale di accesso e neanche un accesso diretto se sedia a rotelle cosa fai?
Ho dovuto anticipare il rientro causa altri impegni sopraggiunti ma nessuno sconto e anzi pagati surcharge e penale per volo e no refund da hotel

Mah meraviglia che Expedia si sia lasciata abbindolare..

Вполне достойный отель

Бронировал отель с целью погулять с семьёй в праздник 9 мая по городу. Сделали ошибку. Приехать необходимо было заранее 8го мая, т.к. 9го перекрыли район и к гостинице проехать было не реально. С маленьким ребёнком испытали много неудобств, оставив машину в городе на стоянке. Отель в целом порадовал. Персонал внимательный и позитивный. Не досталась нам детская кроватка. всего 2шт на отель, по информации звонившего менеджера. Это был единственный минус нашего пребывания в гостинице. Спасибо. Приедем ещё.

Замечательный отель с прекрасным сервисом.

Прекрасный, комфортный и уютный отель, номера чистые, очень внимательный и дружелюбный персонал. Вкусный завтрак!!!! Очень понравилось обязательно вернемся в Нижний Новгород и остановимся только в отеле Александровский сад!

Nuestra experiencia no fue agradable. El aire acondicionado de la habitacion no funcionaba y nos cambiaron de habitacion al sig dia

It is not the modern hotel at all. Maybe nice location, but this is the place from Perestroyka times.

excellent hotel, clean comfortable but the lighting in the rooms is too bright.. just like those leds not being soft white. Otherwise all is well. Very comfortable hotel for business travel.

The hotel was situated very close to the Volga river but the immediate scenery was not too good. Just up the hill, quite a climb though, was the local Kremlin, which was very interesting and from here you could get a good view of the Volga. Just a short way from here were the main shops. I had a very pleasant Sunday afternoon just wandering.

The hotel staff were excellent and get a 5* rating, in particular the young ladies on reception. They were always helpful and smiling. The hotel also deals with your registration if you are a foreigner in Russia, which I found very convenient.

If you are sporty there was a super pool and other facilities right next door.

The food served in the restaurant was excellent.

I was there for 2 weeks in Feb 2009. The entire staff was most helpful and accomodating. I had difficulty with my computer and accessing the internet. They finally got me going, but in the meantime, the let me use one of their laptops and take it to my room.
The food in the resturant was very good and reasonably priced. I will be going back in 2010 on business and will stay there again.
