Good value, clean property with great staff service, 30 min from airport.
Pros:

Breakfast was good with a variety of acceptable choices. Facility seemed quite clean and staff were very great--service-oriented, friendly and accommodating. Room was nicely equipped. Laundry on site was a bonus, if a little pricey!

Cons:

Room price is tricky--remember to factor the multitude of Orlando-tourist-related surcharges/ taxes. Pool was clean but cool. As it is outdoors, temperature in March did not invite swimming.

One of a few good things to come from an unexpected 4-day 'TSA-layover' in Orlando!!
Pros:

This whole property appeared to be clean and well-maintained, and the front desk staff were always pleasant and helpful. King suites were adequate for 1 or 2 people. Breakfast buffet was convenient. Daily choice of egg, meat, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, cold cereal, breads, coffee and juices. The 'kitchen' and dining areas were very clean. On-site coin laundry was convenient, as well.

Cons:

Excited for a 'heated' pool, but it was chilly. (Though, the air was unseasonably chilly, too!) However, like the rest of this property, the pool was kept well and clean.

Booking.com total was $591.75 (incl. taxes), but my final hotel folio #80856 shows $659.27. At check-in my card was authorized/charged $680.00.

Please review the rate and:

confirm why the final amount is higher than the Booking.com confirmed total, and

if this is an error, adjust to $591.75 and issue a refund of $67.52, and send me an updated folio/refund confirmation for my bank.
Also please confirm the remaining $20.73 was an incidental hold and has been released.
