Perfectly located boutique hotel

I love small, personal, boutique hotels that are well situated within a city and this hotel fit all the criteria. Super friendly (and English speaking) staff, very accommodating.

Pros:

This hotel was in an easy location to just walk to everything Amsterdam had to offer. The bed and pillows were so comfy. The room was also very clean.
All stay acknowledged you on entering and departing for the day, I even loved Lady, the gorgeous black cat.

Kommen, schlafen, duschen, gehen - aus dem Koffer leben.
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage, 24h Rezeption, große Dusche mit ausreichendem Wasserstrahl auch bei heißem Wasser. Digitales Einchecken und nettes Personal - Rezeption.

Cons:

Fenster nicht zum kippen. Hörbare Klimaanlage. Dunkles Treppenhaus mit unterschiedlicher automatischer Beleuchtung, die z.T. defekt war - oder einfach nur auf der halben Treppe verbaut wurde. Fast keine Staumöglichkeit - 1 Hochschrank (50x50), der mit Kissen und Bügelbrett bereits gefüllt war. Unzureichende Helligkeit im Zimmer, trotz funktionierender Leuchten und Fenster. Der Schreibtisch wurde mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Zubehör zu 70% voll. Um die Bett-Leuchten an/aus zu schalten muss ca. 1m höher fassen - von der Matratze aus.

Superior hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The hot and large shower! The staff were friendly and helpful. The deluxe room was very clean, soundproof, and a good size for 2. Location!!!

Ottimo hotel
Pros:

Hotel perfetto per visitare amsterdam, a 5 minuti dalla stazione, colazione favolosa, camere grandi e pulite. Se torno ad amsterdam sicuramente soggiornerò nuovamente in questo hotel

Cons:

Era una tripla e la porta del bagno attaccata al terzo letto era praticamente trasparente quindi di notte ci si svegliava

Great location suitable for exploring the city.
Pros:

Location was great to explore around the city. Quiet location as situated on an only bike road. Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean.

Cons:

We had 2 de-luxe rooms booked however there was nothing de-luxe about our rooms. Coffee machine leaked. There were insufficient sockets placed in areas that they needed to be ie the coffee machine in one room and the bedside cabinet in the other. The
carpets were tired and needed
replacing. There were fridges in the rooms that didn’t work and were used as bedside cabinets. The lighting was poor in both the bathrooms and bedrooms.
