eally liked the natural light and view from my room (either 301 or 302), location in neighborhood, nice size room. Other good things: there is a kitty host, front desk staff was nice and helpful. Room: the windows in my room open to let in air, coffee machine was great, desk and extra chair were useful for working. Bed was huge and comfortable. Bathroom was a simple galley with good size shower. Hooks and shelves made it very functional. Location: the restaurant adjacent has a nice bar and offers a discount. The location is a bit out of the central tourist area (only a few blocks) which I prefer. Restaurants and clothing shops nearby were fun to explore. Less than 10 minute walk with luggage to the central train station. There is no automobile traffic (noise) on the road directly in front of the hotel. Elevator or stairs available to access room.
There is no public space in the hotel only a small seating area at the entrance. Would be nice to have more drawers in the room.
The bed is absolutely top very big and comfortable.
This suite/room was very nice and the view from the big window was real Amsterdam view!!

I just stayed one night so difficult to find something i did not liked!
It is a great hotel in a very central location. This is our second time staying in this hotel and we are very satisfied. The staff are awesome and the queen of the house LADY the CAT is the highlight of this Hotel.

Great location! Alberto was so kind when we arrived at 7:00am. Got us coffee and took time to provide us an overview of the city. Early check-in option was worth the nominal charge. Elevator was a pleasant surprise too!

Room location and area was very safe. 15 minutes walk to Amsterdam Centraal was one of the reason I booked this hotel. Staff was excellent. Kevin was phenomenal and kind and helped us with goodies knowing our bags were delayed.
Air-conditioning was not working and that was very uncomfortable since couple days were hot and we could not get good sleep for several nights. That is not acceptable for the amount of money we spend per day.
