Bona ubicació i poc confort a l’habitació .

L’habitació es extremadament petita , no et pots ni moure, no te lloc per posar les maletes ,matalassos molt antics i molt tous. te una bona terrassa però l’espai en general es insuficient.

Pros:

Location is perfect, literally 10mins walk in any direction, you've got everything you could need- cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, museums etc The hotel is small but perfectly formed. We had a small double with a private roof terrace that overlooked the church next door- it was brilliant!

Staff in the hotel were helpful, friendly, chatty and knowledgeable

Cons:

Lighting in the room could have been better, there was no light on the terrace but we made use of our phone lights.

I cannot wait to return! Kostantino was the best and we miss Lady!
Pros:

Staff was amazing, Konstantino was hands on from before we even got on the plane in the United States. When we got there, he got us into our room by noon and upgraded our room, which was so amazing with so much space, a great view and super clean. He was super knowledgeable about any activity we wanted to do in the city (especially with food). The location could not be any better. Though it was a couple of blocks from center city and Jordaan, it was the perfect distance where we were able to walk everywhere but could come back and enjoy a quiet street at night.

Cons:

There were some stains on the mattress and wall marks in the room, but that comes with any hotel and was barely noticeable.

Fijn hotel op een toplocatie
Pros:

Mooie schone kamer op een toplocatie! Het was een heel knus hotel. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Kamer was wel wat gehorig. Je hoorde gepraat van andere gasten op de gang en je hoorde de lift.

Per quanto mi riguarda non ci andrò più
Cons:

La pulizia, sia delle parti comuni, ma soprattutto delle camere lascia decisamente a desiderare .
Al punto che ho dovuto chiedere di cambiare camera dopo aver trovato dei capelli nella doccia piena oltretutto di calcare . La pietra porta prodotti della doccia era letteralmente rotta .In generale l’albergo necessita di una „rinfrescata“ perché così si presenta trascurato e sporco .
Inoltre la colazione viene servita nel ristorante Steak a fianco e sebbene sia discretamente fornita, l’odore di rancido della carne della sera prima e la vista del frigo/congelatore con pezzi di carne cruda , non sono il massimo al mattino . Penso anche a una persona vegetariana che a questa vista starebbe male .
Nell’albergo vive un gatto e per fortuna a me i gatti piacciono perché “lady”ha l’abitudine di entrare nelle camere e restarci . Quindi è possibile che rientrando in camera la troviate sdraiata sulle vostre lenzuola.

Pros:

Room got upgraded to an executive suite, location was nice, the people in the reception were very nice (also the cat was)

Cons:

Bathroom was a bit smelly as the areation wasnt really good so it smelled humid. The state of the room wasnt the best, damaged parts here and there
