Superb location, spacious rooms, friendly staff
Pros:

We loved the location, just a short walk from the station and easy reach of all the must sees. The room was spacious and the bathroom was enormous and had the luxury of underfloor heating - bliss. Super friendly staff, and great communication prior to the trip. Would definitely recommend ❤️

Cons:

The sofa bed was noisy, towels from the previous occupant had been left in the bath, and we had a fire alarm during the middle of one of the nights! (Which at least indicates that they were working so isn’t really a complaint but did disturb our stay☺️)

Amazing stay we can’t wait to come back to the hotel.
Pros:

Fantastic location and spotless hotel. Everything very close on foot or easily accessed on tram/train. We will definitely be staying on our next visit.

Imprevisti completamente non gestiti, nessuna attenzione al cliente. Durante la notte suona l'antincendio, in dieci in pigiama stiamo per le scale aspettando che qualcuno ci dica cosa succede ma invano. La mattina dopo a colazione la macchina del caffe non funziona, ma in sala non c'e nessuno..sono obbligato ad andare alla reception...a colazione non c'e lo zucchero!! Il girono dopo mi telefonano perche non sanno neanche che ho nfatto iol check in, e come risultato la mia stanza non viene pulita. Le scuse si risolvono nell'offerta di un bicchiere di spumante

Emplacement parfait, personnel au top
Pros:

Emplacement parfait à 10 mn de la gare dans un quartier vivant. Chambre simple avec miroir, coffre-fort, TV, grande douche à l'italienne, bureau, de quoi ranger ses vêtements et une jolie vue sur les toits. Personnel adorable et très serviable. Et en bonus : la chatte noire de l'hôtel qui s'appelle Lady peut vous rendre visite. Parfait quand on adore les animaux. Je reviendrai.

Cons:

La chambre mériterait un petit rafraichissement mais ça passe encore.

Great place to stay near many attractions
Pros:

It's a short 10-minute walk from Amsterdam Centraal. They stored my luggage until check in. Check in itself was super quick and easy. The staff upgraded my room to the penthouse, which was very kind, and they assisted with getting the luggage up there. They also helped close a window that I was unable to figure out! Great views of the neighborhood. Breakfast the next morning was next door and was of quality, light and good food - a perfect combo before heading to the airport. They called a taxi for me and the driver was there in 5-10 minutes. I also loved being able to walk around the Jordaan area and take in Dam Square/the city at night while feeling very safe. (Also, A+ on having outlets next to the bed.) I'll be back!

Cons:

The bed was very firm, but that's personal preference.
