Pros:

Чистый новый номер. Современная мебель и сантехника. Отель находится в комплексе с рестораном. Вечером было довольно шумно (выходной день, мероприятие до поздней ночи). Это довольно странно, но свадьба продолжалась до 12 ночи как минимум, дальше я заснула. В номерах никакой звукоизоляции - слышны все тосты из ресторана, который находится на 1 этаже (номера на 3ем). Комплекс находится в жилом районе, в непосредственной близости от жилых домов. В Казани нет закона о тишине? Не знаю, как спят жители близлежащих домов... И что самое неприятное в пребывании - это то, что после такой гулянки, конечно, на утро работники ресторана не проснулись, чтобы сделать завтрак. Когда я собралась на него идти, мне было сказано, что всё закрыто, и дай Бог в начале 10го утра его соблаговолят приготовить (традиционно в отелях завтраки и в 7 утра начинаются). Всё бы ничего, можно было бы и без завтрака, или купить что-то самой или приметить, куда пойти на завтрак, настроиться, но при заселении накануне меня специально спросили, во сколько я собираюсь завтракать. С утра об этом забыли) Ждать времени не было, потому утро осталось голодным. Если бы не Чемпионат мира, конечно, выбрала бы более традиционный отель.

Мини отель на 3м этаже
Pros:

Мини отель на 3м этаже, отдельности Ященко здания ресторана! Но в ресторане мы никого не видели. Вокруг новые жилые дома, но до центра легло добраться на общественном транспорте, пешком оч далеко
