淋浴間水量大，熱水溫度夠暖。

Cons:

同層樓別房住客的喧鬧聲讓在休息的我嚇ㄧ跳，不得不戴耳塞討清靜，冷氣過冷，自行在面板調高溫度 不久又回到未調的溫度，因為開始有喉嚨不舒服的徵兆，不得不關冷氣。
