Salento, la floresta explosion de couleurs
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel à deux pas du centre de Salento est accessible à pied. L'hôtel est remarquablement bien entretenu par un personnel toujours bienveillant et agréable.

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas eu de désagrément particulier, l'hôtel étant situé près de la ville, on entend les sons de la ville mais aussi de la campagne, coqs, chiens, musique, voitures...etc. rien d'anormal mais cela peut être gênant pour certains. L'hôtel n'est pas accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite, escalier partout.

Pros:

Nos encantó! Todo muy agradable. El personal muy amable, especialmente la chica que nos recibió. Nuestra habitación era preciosa, con unas ventanas enormes. Vimos amanecer detrás de las montañas. Los desayunos en la terracita, también ricos y con las vistas. Estuvimos muy a gustito! Está a un paseíto agradable del centro.

Todo increíble!
Pros:

La ubicación excelente, a 5 minutos andando de la plaza, sin ruido, perfecto! El desayuno sin palabras de lo rico que estaba y desayunando con unas vistas increíbles. El personal atento en todo momento, muy familiar. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias.

Prima voor een kort verblijf, maar dat is het ook
Pros:

De locatie was heel goed. Aan de rand van het dorp, maar wel 5 minuten lopen van het centrum.

Daarnaast was het ontbijt erg lekker en vullend.

Cons:

Wij hebben een superior kamer geboekt, met meer ruimte dan aangegeven EN het belangrijkste: een eigen balkon. Bij aankomst kregen we een gewone kamer toegewezen, op de begane grond, zonder balkon. Toen we aangaven bij de receptie dat dit dus NIET de kamer was die we hadden geboekt, kregen we simpelweg te horen (zonder excuus) dat de kamers met balkon al vol waren? Dit was heel raar. Als we hier niet zelf naar hadden gevraagd, hadden ze er niks over gezegd. En toen we er zelf naar vroegen, kregen we geen excuus, alternatief of compensatie, gewoon niks.
Het prijsverschil was te summier om iets terug te krijgen, omdat wij onze eigen kortingscodes hadden gebruikt op Booking. Het hotel heeft ons daarom NIKS aangeboden ter compensatie. Slechte zaak!

Daarnaast is de schoonmaak tijdens ons verblijf tweemaal binnengekomen, terwijl we duidelijk een „niet storen” bordje ervoor hadden. Dit lijkt ons niet de bedoeling.

Ook zijn de kamers erg gehorig. Je kunt je buren horen praten. Er is een TV, maar zonder netflix etc. En het water loopt niet goed weg in de douche.

Tot slot is het personeel slechts tot 11.00 PM aanwezig. Midden in de nacht was er erg veel lawaai: klappende ramen van lege kamers die door de schoonmakers open waren gelaten maar door de wind de hele nacht door lawaai maakten waardoor we de halve nacht wakker lagen, en veel lawaai van buiten afkomstig van het centrale plein. Niemand van de receptie was bereikbaar, want er was niemand aanwezig! En vanaf dat het ontbijt beschikbaar is, dus 7:00 AM, word je gewekt door medewerkers en andere hotelgasten die richting de keuken gaan.

Super séjour
Pros:

Très bel hôtel bien entretenu, le fait que le propriétaire demeure sur place fait toute la différence. Le personnel est gentil et souriant. Le massage au spa est génial et professionnel. Il est situé à quelques minutes du centre. Il y a de l’eau chaude en tout temps dans la douche.

Cons:

Il se peut que les voisins des maisons autour fassent la fête jusqu’aux petites heures c’est ça Amérique Latine donc prévoir des bouchons pour dormir. Sur 4 nuits nous avons eu une seule nuit avec du bruit ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel mais le propriétaire à quand même pris la peine de parler aux personnes concernées.

Precioso lugar, buenas instalaciones, todo muy limpio, personal muy amable y servicial. Agendamos masajes y estuvieron espectaculares.
Está cerca del centro, Pero suficientemente lejos para no escuchar el ruido de música (que el 31 de diciembre era muy fuerte)
