Important information:

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 10%. To be exempt from this 10% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

El personal siempre está atentos a lo que puedes necesitar, súper atentos. Las instalaciones son súper cómodos y tienes todo a mano, no te preocupas por nada por tu en tu estancia.

Perfekte Erholung nach Abenteuertrip durch Peru
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum direkt am Strand mit nur 6 oder 7 Zimmern hat man hier echte Privatsphäre.
Vom Pool aus kann man direkt aufs Meer schauen und einfach nur genießen.
Die Liegen am Strand sind komfortabel und sehr schön.
Wenn man mag kann man Massagen, einen privaten Spa oder aber ein romantisches Dinner am Strand buchen.
Das gesamte Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Hier muss man sich einfach wohlfühlen.

Cons:

Hier gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.
Aber vielleicht der Hinweis, das rund herum eigentlich nur andere Hotels und kaum Restaurants sind. Bis zum nächsten Supermarkt/ Restaurant sind es ca. 2,5 Kilometer.

Perfecto relajo con una vista soñada y atención personalizada

Pedro, Jorge y Diana, fueron demasiado hospitalarios con nosotros, no nos alcanzamos a despedir pero muchas gracias por todo!!
El hotel es muy lindo, y desde nuestra llegada nos dieron kit de bienvenida con detalles muy útiles para la estadía, las comidas (no incluidas) son exquisitas, junto con los tragos también. Lo mejor: su vista. Espectacular.

Cons:

Solo por buscar algo que podrían mejorar, el pan del desayuno no era tan bueno como el resto de las comidas, y podría ser más variado el desayuno también.

“The hotel’s location right in front of the sea is perfect. The facilities are modern and very comfortable. The staff’s service is excellent; they pay attention to every detail to make your stay an unforgettable experience. The food is varied and delicious. In my opinion, it is the best hotel in Máncora.”

“Atención de excelencia y descanso total”
Pros:

Me gustó muchísimo la atención del personal. Siempre estuvieron muy atentos a todas nuestras necesidades, serviciales, amables y con una atención realmente de excelencia.

Patricia, la administradora, es especialmente destacable: amable, cercana, muy atenta y siempre pendiente de cada detalle, lo que hizo posible un relajo total durante toda la estadía.

También quiero destacar el servicio de Pedro, Fernando, Jonh y Jorge: siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad, muy educados y con una disposición increíble.

Las habitaciones eran cómodas, aseadas y limpiadas a tiempo. Las instalaciones en general se mantenían limpias, ordenadas y muy confortables.

Ein kleines Paradies am Meer!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker! Día Lage des Hotels ist traumhaft und das Zimmer ist sehr liebevoll dekoriert und vor allem sauber.
Essen und Cocktails wurden immer mit Liebe und schnell zubereitet.
Ich empfehle es zu 100%!!

Paradise on the beach
Pros:

Small boutique hotel with great food, excellent staff, and the most amazing massage. Absolutely perfect for couples. Right on the beach. Highly recommended for total relaxation.

Cons:

The place could do with a thorough cleaning session and a new paint job is long overdue. Aircondition needs maintenance.
