Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 10%. To be exempt from this 10% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 10% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.´

This was by far the best beach hotel I have ever been to. So quiet, outstanding view, and the staff is an absolute 10. If you are doubting, please book this hotel, it will not let you down. The food was outstanding. Thanks so much for giving us the experience we could not even dream of.

Nous avons eu la suite Adhistana au DCO. Incroyable ! La chambre propre, la piscine propre vue sur l’océan ( vu sur les sauts des baleines dans l’océan absolument tous les jours, petit plus sur les sauts au couché de soleil juste en face de la terrasse). La salle de bain en extérieur absolument magnifique. Le petit déjeuner très bon ainsi que les plats servis au restaurant. Francisco a été plus que génial durant cette semaine avec nous, répondant à tous les besoins. Possibilité de contact pour les excursions baleines en mer.
La calidad de sus servicios e instalaciones es de primer nivel. Destaca su ubicación frente a una playa de aguas cristalinas y templadas.La atención especial y dedicada de Pedro,Jorge , Fernando y Diana, y la carta del restaurant que sorprende por su sabor y variedad en manos de la chef Rosa.
El camino de acceso para llegar, que no es algo de responsabilidad de la administración del hotel,sino que de la localidad de Máncora.
Excellent staff and good cuisine. Service was very polite, kind and efficient above the usual and they make you feel very welcomed. The small boutique hotel has not many rooms and thus never seems full. Ideal place to relax and get away from all.
El lugar es perfecto para el descanso absoluto
el camino de acceso al hotel esta en muy malas condiciones, es el mismo para todos los hoteles de la zona asi que sigue siendo la mejor alternativa
Hay pocas habitaciones por lo que siempre habia espacio en la piscina, playa, comedor, etc. No estaba todo lleno como otros hoteles. El personal muy atento.

Beautiful, spacious room with a terrace, directly on the beach. Very comfortable bed, fan and air conditioning work perfectly.
The restaurant is outstanding; I've rarely eaten so well in Peru.
Breakfast is plentiful and varied, and you can order various dishes à la carte. Around midday, a small complimentary treat from the kitchen is always served.
The staff is exceptional; they truly try to fulfill every wish. I rarely experienced such wonderful service during my two months there.
It's just under an hour's walk to town along the beach, or you can take a taxi for 15 soles.
Due to its slightly more secluded location, it's absolutely peaceful; the only sound is the waves on the beautiful beach.
I highly recommend this hotel!
