Falta de abono de Hotels.com a Rustica
Pros:

El lugar es agradable. Algunos detalles que corregir.
Srs Hotels.com: Rustica me cobro la integridad del costo. Ya que ustedes no abonaron lo que se cobraron de mi, pasando un mal rato con mi familia.
Solicito a Uds la devolucion del pago ya que a Rustica cancele la totalidad

Pros:

La verdad estuvo bien en líneas generales, a pesar que se corto el agua un día, que cuando llegamos no sabían el proceder de la reserva a traves de hotels.com
La comida bien, los tragos casi no tenían nada de alcohol.

Hotel bueno pero caro,con pocas actividadades
Pros:

El hotel bonito y amplio, las habitaciones súper cómodas y la vista al mar preciosa , sin embargo el precio tan alto no justifica las pocas comodidades qué hay. No hay entretenimiento en otras actividades. El karaoke mal organizado y la discoteca no abrió. El bar de la piscina no estaba habilitado.
Había una pequeña cancha de voley pero sin pelota. Plop!
Tienen una carta de comida chatarra como los rusticA de Lima y una carta de comida marina. No hay opción de comida saludable como frutas y ensaladas.

Hotel frente al mar, estupenda vista. Relajante
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito. Instalaciones limpias y acogedoras. El personal es muy amable es su atencion. Tiene una bien a vista. La piscina es agradable. Sólo deberían mejorar en las comidas. Si mejoran ese aspecto. Les doy «excelencia»
