Pros:

- The toilet is newly renovated.
- Water pressure is very good.
- There's hot and cold water dispenser at every level. The room size is pretty roomy.
- PX minimart is a stone's throw away.

Cons:

- The rooms are long overdue for painting or new wallpaper.
- The mattress is very soft.
- The aircon is very weak, not helping when it's summer. You can perspire in your sleep
- The breakfast spread is very simple, no frill kind
- The location is not as convenient as expected. Twenty minutes walk from Taoyuan train station and ten minutes walk to night market.
- There isn't "do not disturb" or "cleaning required" button.
